Primed Englewood Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

Trying to get ahold of this place is an absolute nightmare. You’ll hold for 20 plus minutes just to get someone to answer, then be placed back on hold. Not to mention the physicians bed side manner wasn’t the greatest.

We like this location. First time visiting this location. The nurses and doctors are nice. The building is only a couple years aged.

Loved Dr McDowell but are switching because we never get to see her. My daughter was treated for eczema on her wrist for almost 2 months. We were in the office twice and called to relay her wrist was not getting better. Kept telling us eczema doesn't go away and need to schedule another appt to be seen. I asked about dermatologist and allergist and no one thought it was necessary. My daughter wrist continued to get worse so I took it upon myself to find her a dermatologist. The dermatologist then diagnosed her with ring worm and they new cream helped to resolve the issue within a few days. The crwam she was in was making it worse. So sad to be switching from Dr McDowell but I want my daughter to be seen by her doctor not a bunch of doctors. Her suffering with a painful and itchy wrist for almost 2 months broke my heart.

Started seeing Dr. Dukeman when my daughter was a newborn. I appreciate how much time he spends at each appointment going over everything he possibly can. He really takes his time with his patients, nothing is rushed.

We called when we were outside like instructed, was told the RN would be there in a couple mins...waited 7 mins no one came, had to get out and ring the bell, then THEY STILL MADE US WAIT before someone came to finally let us in! Which they did NOT bring my son a mask as they said they would after asking if we had them. Then the man nurse Jordan came in didn't say or explain the process of a covid test to my 9 year old! Just processed to stick the strip up his nose, didn't bother to tell us how long it would take to get the results...GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER..he was horrible and has the personality of a tree branch. ...BUT the doctor was awesome. He took the time to explain things and made my son feel comfortable. I was excited to go to this office because it is close to our home, but I'm totally turned off...we will definitely be going back to our home office in Huber.

I have the honor of knowing Dr. Dukeman personally and I have heard him say, “I 100% want to be the best pediatrician I can be.” I have been with him on several occasions that he has called parents after work or on his day off because a lab result came in and he didn’t want the parents to be worried and waiting. He cares deeply about his patients and his profession.

Our daughter has been seen by Dr. Pelsor since birth. He recently retired. Today we had a well-child checkup appointment with a new provider, we sat in the exam room for 50 minutes before I got up and left. I was at the appointment on time and expect to be treated with the same courtesy...would our appointment have been honored if we were 50 minutes late? I think not.

We have been going to PriMED for 13 years. Dr. Pelsor was our pediatrician and I never thought I would find a doctor I liked as much as Dr. Pelsor until we had an appointment with Dr. Dukeman!! Great bedside manner and very easy to talk to. 5 out of 5 stars

I'm so happy we chose Dr. Dukeman as our newborn's pediatrician! Since the pandemic, we based our pediatrician selection only on a couple reviews and online profiles so we weren't really sure what to expect, never having met any pediatricians. We've seen Dr. Dukeman a couple times so far and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I both really appreciate all of his knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions. He is so gentle and sweet with our baby boy. I know our baby is in great hands with Dr. Dukeman!

Wasn't sure we would ever find a MD that could replace Dr Pelsor after he retired. But we arenso happy with Dr. Dukeman. He takes his time and talks directly to my teenagers. I really like his bedside manner and find him to be very compassionate and kind.
