Andrew Brobbey's Online Review Report Card

Had to pick a star but deserves none. Dr Brobbey is very inconsiderate. 3 doctors have cleared my mom for release from Ahuja and it is now after 4 and Dr Brobbey still hasn’t signed the discharge in the computer. All for the money. Having to have a 91 year old women sit uncomfortably in the hospital when she never needed to be there. I suppose they have to keep her a full day so they can bill for that full day. Shame on our hospital system. Especially this one and this doctor.

Doctor’s it’s fine office help needs help. Doctors are great office help questionable A Blood Sucking Experience A few weeks ago I was asked to get blood work done at your facility. It went well enough until it was time for payment — I was charged thousands of dollars when it should have only been a few hundred dollars! After talking to multiple people on the phone, it was found that the blood work was wrongly coded. I am being charged for YOUR wrong doing. Writing this review is my last resort. I don’t expect this to get resolved, but i would like to be proven wrong. I thought that I was only going to give you guys my blood, but you guys took my wallet in the process. Saved my grandmothers life on more than 1 occasion. Went above and beyond to step and up intervene when the hospital wasn't getting to her care quickly enough. Even given how short staffed the hospital system is at the current moment, I was impressed with how both Dr. Brobbey and his nurse practitioner took the time to explain all of our questions- and we had a ton- even when they were so busy. They called every day to update us on my grandmothers condition. I have never had doctors do that before. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP!

Worst doctor I've come across in awhile. Totally neglected my brother in law while he was at UH Ahuja. Put off a pericentesis all weekend because he didn't want to call in the on call IR doctor. No pain meds were put in the system for over 36hrs & my bother in law was in 10/10 pain the whole time. Brobbey passed the buck to the GI doctor Abass who passed it back to Brobbey. Worst care I've seen by any doctor. My opinion is change doctor's if you ever have the unfortunate luck to have Brobbey as your MD. And the only reason he gets one star is because i had to put something in the field...he deserves zero stars.

he isn't in his office as much as I would hope he would be.doesn't really coomunicate very well....staff or DR. doesn't wash hands very often......

I have had Dr. Andrew Brobby since 2013. I have Medicaid and he has been absolutely wonderful. My biggest problems are with medicaid...not the doctor. I hope to keep him as I am turning 65..hope United Medicare says he can be my pcp.

I have been a patient of Dr, Brobbey since 2005 (I refuse to go to another doctor) and he has always been amazing, he knows when I'm truly in pain and treats my medical condition accordingly. He's also referred me to the best medical specialists to help me as well. His office staff has always been so pleasant towards me I can call them with my concerns and they make sure that the Doctor is made aware of them.

Not only is Dr. Brobbey the friendliest physician I have every met- his knowledge of medicine is remarkable. He seems to work very closely with his nurse practitioners too- (who I can always get in with if he isn't available). It was comforting to know that there is a "team" of providers who can take care of me and see me quickly if needed. The staff is friendly too. Only doctor who I know that I can see in the office and that will see me in the hospital too!!!

Dr. Brobbey schedules too many patients within a short time frame which left me and others in the waiting room feeling more like numbers for his billables rather than patients seeking care. Didn't even have enough time to tell him my symptoms and he was already prescribing medication that didn't work and wasn't applicable to my illness. Not sure why my specialist thought to refer me to Dr. Brobbey and will be speaking to her about my experience at my next visit. Will not return to this office.

Dr. Andrew Brobbey was very professional and thorough. Hands down very professional, persistence, knowledgeable, and staff has great customer service . I would highly Recommend Dr. Andrew Brobbey.
