BrightView is a wonderful place. The doctors and staff all care about the patients wellbeing and treat you like your a person with a life rather than just another number... AS LONG AS YOUR DOING YOUR PART.. If they know you are trying they will do there best to work with you.

The staff here at Brightview are awesome they're all amazing and understanding and they do their best to take care of you and your needs it's really a great place to come so if you're in need of treatment and need help don't hesitate call them

Bright view has been a Godsend for me. Dr, therapists and staff have done anything and everything to help me. I love the program and haven't had any regrets about joining up with them.

The facility is nice and they really saved my life but of course there are a few negative comments. The staff is always changing and you can’t build a relationship with anyone, the wait times are ridiculous and you rarely if ever, will see the same provider.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Telehealth session. Dr.was very involved & interested in my care and took the time to ask all the appropriate questions. Hopefully I'll be able to do these sessions more often,as it saves alot of waiting time.

My son sought help for alcohol addiction. He scheduled his first appointment on a Friday. He was given instructions for a 5 day schedule of medication assisted treatment to detox. The prescription was sent directly to a local Walgreens. My son picked up the prescription later that day. The dosage on the pill bottle did not match the dosage instructions on the discharge instructions. The instructions said to take 2 pills every six hours for the first 2 days. Then taper over the next 3 days. He only received 11 pills and the bottle instructions said to take 1 pill at each dose. This confusion might have been easy to clear up if there was after-hours support. The number listed on the website is only for scheduling. If you have questions or problems, you are out of luck. There are no health care providers on call, outside of their office hours. My son was very optimistic after his appointment, but quickly lost hope when he realized he didn't have enough medication to get him through the weekend.

I've had 2 heart surgeries because of herion I have a pacemaker and I'm 38 years old I've been sober 2 years now because of Bright view they help me get my life back and they can help anyone who is willing to change
