I had an issue with my eye that had become worse so I called CEI and was able to be seen that day. I was told I might have to wait awhile, but was surprised at how efficient the process was. You managed my expectations very well. Dr. O'Neill was easy to work with and genuinely seemed to care and listen. The staff were all friendly and personable. I had a great experience!

Want good eyeball service come here you'll be taken good care of😊 Dr. O'Neill is the best. I had a cornea transplant years ago which I had never heard of at that time, my sight was in very poor condition in my left eye...after the surgery I can truly say I was amazed at how everything went my sight is good in that eye also had cataract removed same eye. Looking for a thorough place to go with great service come here you will not regret it.

Relocated from New York to Cincinnati recently and I must say Dr. O’Neil is rare. I have come across many doctors in my lifetime and you have some who will listen and others who don’t. I look for doctors who are willing to take the time to listen to me and give me feedback. I am glad I scheduled my visit with Dr. O’Neil because he was listening to my concerns about my eyesight and gave me a diagnosis. I found my Opthamologist!
