Pearle Vision's Online Review Report Card

Steve was extremely helpful with helping me find the right lenses to go with my frames. Actually taught me a bit about the science behind it which made my decision easier. I’ve always had good experiences with the staff at this location & would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time visiting Pearl Vision's Jungle Jim's location. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy with the variety of glasses they had to choose from. I am a very satisfied customer and I will be back.

Very unprofessional, called my 35 year old a cheap middle aged woman! Said he didn’t give a s**t about her usage of contacts! This is how Pearl Vision wants to be represented? Rude and shameful! I will be filing a formal complaint with Pearl Vision and don’t expect any good reviews or any future visits!

This location is a train wreck. Took my daughter to get an eye exam and glasses. There were 8 people in the store. 4 of them had no masks. 2 of those 4 didn't even have a mask with them and the other 2 had them down around their neck. An old lady came in and said oops I forgot my mask. Dr Hamilton said let me see if we can find you one then disappeared and nothing came of it. Took way too long to get helped to get her glasses ordered. The doctor was strange to say the least. The woman who started my daughter's eye exam was lovely, the bright spot in the process. I won't be going back to this location.

I went in just needing nose piece replacements they were very kind and helpful

As a senior I went in for my annual checkup, Dr said my prescription did not change. I wear bifocals and said I have problems playing pool and asked if I could get a non bifocal prescription pair to play. He gave me a prescription for over the counter reading glasses for "billards", saved me hundreds!

Doctor was terrific. Staff very engaging during appointment. Was excited for new glasses. Haven't felt that taken care of for my glasses in a a long time. Was told about 2 weeks for new glasses to come in. It's been almost a month and haven't received them. I've had to call twice to get information. Was told they got shipped to a different store. I asked which store as I was willing to go pick them up if it was close. I was told they can't track that. I asked when I could expect my replacement. I was told they can't know for sure. I asked if they have a tracking system in place for when they order glasses, status of order, etc. They said no they can't track that either. So it's basically pay us 200+ dollars for some glasses and you'll eventually get them sometime or another. I could have ordered from WISH.com if I wanted this kind of service. I still highly recommend the doctor, but order your glasses from somewhere else.

Steve was very helpful in the frame selection and fitting and very friendly. I enjoyed our time in the store and the overall experience. We picked up our finished glasses today and had another positive experience with the final adjustments for fitting.

It was my first time coming in for an eye exam in almost 10 years and also my first time coming into Pearle Vision... everyone was so nice!! I don't have insurance and they went out of their way to help me get taken care of! The doctor was so nice. He took the time to explain everything to me and make it very comfortable! I ended up needing some frames and the gentleman in the front was so helpful! He helped me get a great pair and helped me with the fees and cost! I will def be back and refer people to this location! So helpful!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a great experience at this location. They listened carefully to my concerns and offered helpful suggestions.
