Spero Fairfield location nice clean facility patient appears to very happy with there service given and the staff is pleasant

I’ve struggled with addiction for almost 20 years now. I’ve been clean now for a little over 4 years (this time) and was clean for approximately 8 years before a relapsed in Sept 2016, a relapse that was nearly my last one. Don’t be like me, don’t let your pride or EGO keep you from asking for help. If you’re alive…it’s not too late. I’ve been to going to a number of different outpatient treatment centers over the years and Spero has been the best one I’ve been to by Leaps and Bounds. They are definitely on the front lines of battling this disease. I was apprehensive at first as I could see they were fairly new to the area but I was pleasantly surprised with not only the amazing staff but the overall atmosphere and energy their office exudes. I don’t know about other people but for me, watching other addicts be under the influence or nod out in the waiting room has always been a huge trigger for me. At Spero you NEVER have that and I rarely even see other patients honestly but more than that, I genuinely believe they do care, if you’re an addict who’s been through this process with other treatment centers and have this same issue..then you know exactly what I’m talking about.I’ve now transitioned from taking Subs to doing the Sublucade shot and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve truly appreciated all of their efforts and hard work. You can just tell when people care and are not judging you ya know? So big shout out to Jenny, Angela, and Tracy! You guys have been amazing throughout this entire process and I will always be eternally grateful to you ladies for all of your hard work and genuine care. See ya next month🙂

If you are looking for addiction treatment that has that small town feel, this is it. Small group of staff that make you feel your worth!

Working at the Fairfield/Cincy location has been amazing. The patients are absolutely amazing and committed to their recovery. Jenny Duncan is aboslutely the most awesome supervisor ever, caring and down to earth. Angela Ray has been a huge help to me as a new employee and very caring with the patients. Spero Health is committed to helping each person that walks through the door and committed to meeting that person where their at!

Onboarding has been an incredible experience! I was immediately connected with Executive Leadership and made to feel a part of the family. My peers are exceptional and willing to help with any presented need. Not only do I received immediate feedback but Teammates help see each presenting barrier through to resolution. I am rather impressed with an agency living and breathing their true Culture.

The staff is amazing . Kim and Morgan are very helpful and just nice and down to earth. Very welcoming .
