List of James Dom Dera's Reviews
Find a different practice if you actually want to see a doctor. I called to make an appointment and was told I needed to take a home COVID test. I said I had already. After putting me on hold, they informed me, surprise, they now wanted me to take a second home test. And, only after I did that, they would schedule a virtual visit, not an in-person one. The receptionist, who was very rude, said she was speaking with my doctor during the call. I asked if I could at least speak with him myself, and she said no. So, I pay for insurance and actually want to be treated by my doctor when I’m sick, but I’m asked to jump through hoop after hoop. I will find a more caring practice elsewhere.
The office will not pick up the phone! When they do will not let you talk or will not fix the problem even when you are very sick. Sad that this are my Dr that care for my health. If you need a Dr or medicine go somewhere else.
Dr Dom Dera is a wonderful, caring doctor. I highly recommend him.
Best doctor I have ever had in my life. So caring and thorough.
Love it when a physician actually listens to a patient. It is a shared visit
This review is not for the Doctor himself! I think Dr. Dom Dera is completely phenomenal and I love him. This review is for the office staff. I had an appointment today at 8:45 a.m., At 8:35 a.m. I called to let them know I was going to be 10 minutes late (due to traffic). The lady I spoke with told me that was fine as long as I was there within 10 minutes... At 8:55 I pulled into the parking lot. I live in Stow so it already takes me 20 minutes to get here but with the traffic it was almost 35 minutes. I am beyond frustrated as when I got there they told me they could not see me and that I would have to reschedule... They then Mark my appointment as a no-show when I did show up but they turned me away. I work in a doctor's office so I understand how frustrating it is when patients are late, but when I call and you tell me you can see me but then you tell me that you can't it's extremely irritating. Because of this reason I will be moving to another doctor's office.
He was recommended to me by a relative and I have recommended him to someone else as well.
Dr Dom Dera is the best ever! He has been my doctor for 7 years and I cannot say enough great things about him. He is my favorite PCP ever. Thank YOU
Dr. Dom Dera is a good physician for the adult patient who suffered child abuse. This type of patient can present a challenge for a family doctor; PTSD and other abuse-related problems can affect a patient's physical health and it can be hard for a physician to tease out causes and treatments of problems. Because Dr. Dom Dera is unhurried and truly listens, he is able to get to know a patient with a complicated background and provide knowledgeable care.
Dr. DomDera is by far the best primary care provider I have ever had. He is incredibly easy to talk to and actually listens before he comes up with a care plan to ensure it will work for you. On top of being wonderful, his front office staff and nurses are equally as wonderful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
