Dr. Dy is by far the worst physician I have ever encountered. She refused to listen to me and regularly -- at every single office visit - would lecture and criticize. She became very defensive and angry anytime I asked a question. She lectured me for over 20 minutes about getting the COVID vaccine even after I told her I had received the vaccine. Dr. Dy seems like a very nice person and smart but she really needs some more training on how to effectively interact with patients and deal with questions and concerns from patients. If you want to just do what you are told, Dr. Dy could be the physician for you. If you want to understand why she has reached conclusions or is recommending a course of treatment (that you have to pay for), I would not recommend her.
