Horrible. Go elsewhere Have you heard of a doctors office with no direct phone number? I hadnt until this place. Customer service is outsourced and horrible. After being assured my insurance was innetwork they messed up my billing and refused to fix it. This is a scam operation.

Staff is very friendly and efficient BUT your scheduling is terrible. Too many overlapping appointments and the wait time is ridiculous. The staff is working as fast as they can but the over scheduling is unacceptable. Also no bills are mailed to my home. I have no idea why I have a balance. I dont like talking to another country when I call for assistanceit is beyond frustrating.

Would and have recommended USA Vein Clinics. Friendly professional staff and appointments as scheduled without waiting. My legs still have minimal veins but no bulging or bleeding as before treatment with increased comfort. Good experience for me
