List of Blanchard Valley Pain Management Center - Findlay's Reviews
Horrible treatment of patients in pain. Zero compassion for patients of the practice who have been being treated for more than 15 years. PA Loraine is the Cruela Deville of the facility and should not be making decisions for patients in chronic pain needing compassion and understanding. DO NOT VISIT HERE!
I have dr Kindl and he is AMAZING!!!! When I first went in to see them, I thought that I would have to try other medications and stuff, nope they went straight to burning of the nerves and it has been the best thing that has happened to me
Dr. Giedraitis is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. He lied about the prescription he was going to give my wife. He said he was going to take on her care plan exactly as it was from her former doctor, but instead cut her prescription in half. Now my wife is in pain and cannot get the correct prescription for another month due to prescription drug regulations. We had to revert back to our former doctor to get the correct prescription. The office has done nothing to help and instead has belittled my wife. They have been uncaring and cold-hearted during this whole ordeal, being more concerned about their reputation and not of my wife's well-being.I cannot recommend Blanchard Valley Hospital Pain Management. They are easily the worst pain management establishment we've ever been introduced to. If you do not liked to be talked down to, skip Blanchard Valley Hospital Pain Management.
Service was good. Their billing department is a different story. Be sure to get any payment plan in writing. I made my last payment installment 2 weeks ago and they still sent it to collections with no valid reason. For the ones that actually pay their bills you would think they would work with you. I wasn't just a number when being taken care of, don't look at me as just a number once I am home.
Dr Kindl and Dr Jason and their staff are fantastic and above all else they listen to the patient and offer solutions and top notch care.
I've been in Findlay my whole life and they call this place Death Valley for a reason. Most of the time the er takes for freaking ever to respond to anything. I remember an instance where my fiancé at the time and I went in because her c-section incision had opened up and it literally took the doctor and nurse 1.5 hours to even come check on her to the point where the scab reformed and the bleeding stopped so we left. My advice is that if you're not about to die go somewhere else that actually gives a crap about your health. Side note I know of 2 people one being a direct relative the other my late mother in law both pass away from poor bedside service and misdiagnosis when they both had simple asthma attacks but were told they were just fine.
Waited 1 1/2 hrs. to get into a room..another 1/1/2 to see dr. doubling over in pain with 2 kidney stones..dr. ordered iv with pain meds. which did NOTHING.Catscan. showed ..2..kidney stones so dr. ordered more pain meds..NURSE FORGOT ABOUT ME..OVER 45 MIN. LATER SHE CAME IN AND APOLOGIZED SAID SHE FORGOT ME !!! Gave me the extra pain meds FINALLY pain eased..dr. came in and said they could admit me and just sit there and watch me pass them or I could go home and pass them on my own..I chose to go home..AND NEVER EVER GO BACK TO BVH AGAIN !!!
This is the worst ER visit I've ever had. The PA/NP ,was the most arrogant, condescending woman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will be filling a formal complaint against her and will take it as far as I have to. My greatest wish for her is to develop this disease and she suffers greatly. Not every patient is the same or can be treated the same. She needs to understand that compassion and understanding are just as important as the rest of treatment. And take a sensitivity class and continue her education because she obviously knew nothing about my disease.
Do NOT work at this hospital. I worked for this hospital for 5 years and have never seen such poor management. Management will treat you terrible and not give recognition where recognition is needed. The manager would not be able to do your job if their life depended on it but if you make 1 mistake... write - up. If you are a TOC and apply for a position within your department the candidate with no experience will get it over you because to HR you are not part of the department even though you may work 40 hrs a week. Human Resources is just as bad as Management. If you have any need for them, do not waste your time or put your job on the line because next thing you know you are being pushed out the door. If you do decide to work for this hospital you will be successful if you do not ask questions and if you waste company time. Go somewhere that appreciates their employees!
Was in a few months back I was in ICU. Had just come off the vent. They never told me anything for a 24 hour period. I was scared, didn't know why I was sick or where I was. I stayed up all night because I was determined to stay awake until I could talk or get some answer somehow. They never gave me a call button or a drink of water since they never checked on me all night. I left 2 weeks later with a sore on my back 5 inches long and 1/2 in wide. They never treated it, told me when I got well t would heal. Very upsetting stay.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
