List of Caughman Health Center's Reviews
I've taken my son to see Dr Chen since he was an infant. She's always been great. She knows what it is to be a mom with the worries and concerns, so it's easy to relate. Always listens to my concerns, acknowledges my concerns, and eases my worries with her input or diagnosis.
I have always had the best experience here with both of my kiddos. Both Dr Huffman and April listen to my concerns and never make me feel rushed. True blessings to my family!
Desperately avoid this center. The google review score says everything about this center.
One of the best places in town. They have good pediatricians. They try to communicate with people who don't speak English in their language. They are very attentive in queries. There is no distinction discrimination. It's usually always full but still a good place to take care of the little ones.
Tracy B should be a mental health patient, not a mental health provider. First appointment was great. 2nd appointment she immediately verbally accosted me, setting off my PTSD, blaming me for not coming in for a 1 month follow up. (This was a 3M follow up, which the office set up as there were no other notes on my file saying to come in otherwise). She refused to refill one of my meds for 2 weeks due to me not coming in for this made up 1M follow up, causing me to go through horrible withdrawal. She then blamed me again for this refill not being made. Was very condescending throughout the appointment, literally rolled her eyes at me at least twice. I am looking into filing a formal complaint. No 'doctor' should treat anyone this way, let alone a mental health doctor. Thanks for triggering my PTSD and anxiety instead of helping it.
The doctors themselves have been adequate but we have called on four different occasions for my three month old daughter for sick appointments first thing in the morning as soon as they open and they have yet to be able to get us in the same day for a sick appointment it’s absolutely ridiculous that a pediatrician can’t see a sick child or a sick baby in this case the same day when they’re sick that’s the whole reason for having a doctor is when you’re sick you go see the doctor and they have yet to be able to make room for us to come in the same date when we call first thing in the morning it’s incredibly unprofessional they either need more doctors or they need less patients or need to figure out the organization because the entire reason for having a doctor is so that you can go see them when you’re sick not a week after you’re sick really disappointed in this health department and organization
You can never get an appointment. Always try to send you to an urgent care
They discriminate and create reasons to deny you service if they don't like you.
Any doctor part of the Blanchard Valley Health System isn't worth the headache of dealing with office and scheduling staff. Office staff is rude and never willing to work on scheduling. I've had multiple bad experiences, and that is why we now go elsewhere. They have pediatrics monopolized in Findlay, so you'll have to look outside of town.
They tried to tell us our child was too young to have strep throat at two years old. Had strep. Claimed they hadn't heard of reaction to an antibiotic when another of our children had a reaction. Then when we called on a Friday about the reaction they told us to set an appointment for Monday morning in case we needed and if we didn't need to call back and cancel. Tried to call and cancel on Sunday and they said on call dr couldn't cancel appointment. They didn't answer on Monday and then had the nerve to send us a no call no show.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
