came here because i am in excruciating pain for my tongue. they did not care to listen to anything i had to say & did NOTHING to attempt to figure out what was wrong with it. i have been in pain for well over two months & they did nothing but prescribe a mouth rinse that did NOT work at all! didn’t bother to listen to anything i had to say!

No return call. No urgency. No one cared. Was told I needed to try taking multiple prescriptions and doing different things before ever seeing them when I went to see them. Don’t waste your time nor your money here.

Continued disappointment with this facility. No urgency to see same day call ins that are suffering in pain. My daughter has been visiting this clinic and having recommended surgeries that fail to resolve the problem. Now they want to repeat the same procedure again.

Doctors and physicians assistants that are employed at this practice are not complaint with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and have violated ADA laws.

My husband developed vertigo and was seen by the PA who was very professional and thorough. We were told a prescription would be sent to our pharmacy. We had to make 3 phone calls to ENT as our pharmacy never received the prescription. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with any staff as the phone system takes you to voicemail. Finally received a return call back and was informed of system problems. The MA was very apologetic and said she would follow up. I did express my extreme disappointment in the telephone system and asked that this be passed on to the higher.

I had a horrible ear infection two years ago and explained this to the receptionist. She wouldn't even try to work me in to see the doctor. I ended up losing 40% if my hearing in my right ear. Today, I called for excruciating ear pain requesting to be seen. I was told they could get me in the third week in January. This office and staff is a complete joke. If you have have any kind of emergency, don't waste your time calling them.

Been a year since diagnosed with BPPV. It came back and it is awful ....but the scheduling person refused to try to work me in or even ask. It was a simple procedure done while in the office to fix the extreme vertigo. Will most likely look for a new ENT, which is to bad because I really like this office and have recommended them in the past !!

A friend of mine has been trying so desperately to get through to this office, they will not answer, call back, it's amazing cant even get help, my friends ears are so messed up, they have marketplace, seriously
