The 5 star reviews this office has received have to be lies or paid. I have been struggling with the same issues for months (can't eat, can't pass anything) and these "precious geniuses" don't care. I took the tests they ordered. All normal, I call to tell them that I am still having the same issues and ti see if we could get me back in to be evaluated again and was told to wait 2 months before they would see me again. And they never let me speak with an actual doctor, just a CNP...what a joke.

I will say this all the negative reviews are on point. I have been seen here the wait time to get in is unbelievable if something was seriously wrong you would be dead before getting in. I've had two blood test in the past three weeks that show raised lipase levels and keep raising. The best they can do is the end of August. I have printed my medical history and will be looking out of Findlay. This place is headed for a lawsuit.

Honestly, a terrible experience. 10 months of being very ill for this office to just rotate meds and hope something worked. Many many ED visits in between trying to get help from them with no diagnosis or treatment. Sure, they did a colonoscopy and endoscopy, many labs and samples, BUT the communication in this establishment is a JOKE. Never saw the same person twice at any of my appointments which is why the communication is so terrible. I believe Dr. Gaduputi is a really good doctor but I was never able to see him but one time. He was suppose to perform my endoscopy but after waiting well over an hour and a half from my original procedure time, I was informed Dr. Gaduputi wouldn't even be the one doing it anymore so I had a different doctor perform it. "Dr. Bailey" is a joke. We absolutely appreciated whoever Amy is, she was the only one to call several times to check up on how I was doing when I was at my worst. Remaining appts were with NPs. Each time I called, I was transferred to someones voicemail(which was also never the same person), so each time they returned my phone call I had to re-explain my issue and if I had any questions, they would then have to go speak with the person who I spoke with before to get an answer and then call me back. Each person I ever spoke with or saw in person told me something different when it came to my results. Initially the possible diagnosis was UC, then Crohn's was a discussion, then I was told I had gastroparesis; fast forward to me new GI doctor, I don't even have gastroparesis. And one person would prescribed a certain medication while the next would take me off of it. As a whole, this office is NOT on the same page as one another and it is causing them serious issues with their patients. High liver enzymes in my blood work and was never once recommended any form of treatment for it or even a referral to someone who could help. A doctor at a hospital in a different city immediately recommended/referred me to a Hepatologist and was dissatisfied that this wasn't already done when informed that I had been seeing GI Assoc. of Findlay for many months already. Finally cancelled my followup and am going to a new GI Specialist in Toledo and Hep doctor. You are wasting your time, please consider another specialist. With each new doctor or NP that I saw, they requested new blood work and/or samples even though I had already just had them done! The doctor I saw recently at my new GI office spent more time with me than anyone from this office.

I have had nothing but problems with Dr. Bailey—avoid at all costs. I'm currently dealing with botched insurance claims, and Dr. Bailey behaves dismissively during appointments and is generally unprofessional. In my first appointment, I was told that he would be right back after getting my paperwork and handouts for a procedure I would be receiving at his recommendation, only for a nurse to bring them in five minutes later. I still had questions I wanted to ask him, but Dr. Bailey apparently thought the appointment was over, as I was told he was on a video call now and was "unavailable". My initial visit with him, where he recommended several thousand dollars worth of tests and procedures to me, was ended through no choice of my own. I was foolish enough to give the benefit of the doubt until he did the same thing AGAIN during my most recent (and final) appointment with other paperwork he was supposed to be getting for me. On top of that, the pre-procedure instruction booklet I received in that first appointment also contradicted what I had been told in the office, and I was informed by his assistant when I called to follow different instructions as the booklet was INCORRECT. Find a better and more respectful doctor at an office that views you as more than a quick buck.

Had DR. Bailey-avoid. As I walked into the office I noticed a young man in an office tossing papers around. Large stack on the floor of papers. My only thought was he is cramming for a test? But if feel bad if he was someone’s doctor. Well it turns out he is my doctor and this was my first visit. He admitted he breezed through my many years of issue in 15 mins and was ready to prescribe me the same treatment that was not working. Will never return. Found a much better doctor in Toledo. Find a better doctor.

I love Andrea Gallagher, she’s wonderful. I started with Keller, then to Witherall and now they put me with Andrea. They’re all wonderful doctors however:.. their office as a whole is not good. I have serious issues going on, had testing, they never called with the results and anytime I call them they NEVER answer. Leave messages and it’ll be a week or two before they call back. Edit: This office deserves 0 stars. They never call back. Been 3 weeks of being sick, they have results and nobody ever answers their phones. Transfers you to someone “at their desk” who again DOES. NOT. ANSWER. Easily the worst GI doc in Findlay. I’ll be going elsewhere.
