After being in the Dr's office twice now it is clear that he is not the Dr for my husband and I.Dr Ricketts forcefully TOLD us meds and tests that he was ordering . We felt as if he were demanding we follow his orders. As the patient I feel like he just didn't see us as people but more like someone to do as he says.

Dr. Ricketts is both knowledgeable and patient when he explains what is going on. I never have to wait in his reception area or in the room. My last family doctor made me wait an hour to even go back to a room. I could not ask for a better family doctor.

He treated my father and our experience was terrible. He was rude and unwilling to listen to our concerns. He refused to look through the medical charts and instead asked us about details of his treatment. He missed the bowel blockage and released him from the hospital even though he was obviously not well. My father's blockage was immediately caught by the nursing home staff and caused them to send him back to the hospital. I cannot recommend anyone see this dr

I have been with Dr Ricketts since he came to Findlay he has never let me down. He has helped me thru some pretty difficult issues over the years including Cancer to me he definetly a 10+

Dr. Ricketts is thorough and knowledgeable. Wait times were reasonable. While I wouldn't give him an excellent in bedside manner, he is attentive to the patient's situation and does a complete examination. He knows his field and when it comes down to it, that's the most important thing.
