After trying several therapists, it was easy to see that Heather is in a league of her own. Heather is very kind, knowledgeable, and does not rush. She asked the right questions, reviewed my MRI and conducted a thorough physical evalutation determining that my posture is the cause of my shoulder pain. She taught me exercises to improve and strengthen my posture and made sure my techniques were solid, explaining what each exercise is doing for me. I can't wait to see her again to compare my progress!
