Easy in and out

I have never had a bad experience here. Never have I been missed diagnosed . I did have to wait 2hrs but only because they were waiting for my lab work to be read. That person.was not there.waiting for them to come in..

Minus waiting a while they were very friendly . We got in and out they cared and made sure to ask the right questions so they could help my kids.

On 2/16/2023 I went to this care facility to be seen due to Dr. office was closed for evening hours...I will rate this facility a 1 only due to the staff and NOT the attending Practitioner...I went in with symptoms of sinus infection and other possible infections and the female Practitioner continued to say after only looking in my ears and throat that I was fine, nothing was wrong and my symptoms were being caused by BARAMETRIC PRESSURE!!! Needless to say I left went straight to the ER and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and they stated I have does in my throat of possible streptococcus... I was placed on a round of antibiotics and going to my Dr. today for my follow up...this lady is a JOKE and has NO business practicing medicine... Whoever runs this facility needs to listen to people. 3.5 stars is not a good rating.

I’ve had good and quick experiences in the past but I went to be seen for an infection on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened because I couldn’t get in with PMP. I was the third patient there. Waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes, then waited in the exam room for 45 minutes before being seen. Finally examined and labs were sent as well as cultures. I was told at first 5-7 days for the results to come back and then after no results I was told 7-10 days. Once again with no results I called again and they told me they sent them to a company they don’t normally send the cultures to and haven’t been completed yet so it will be another 2 days so it’s been 2 weeks now and still waiting for the results. Thank goodness it wasn’t a more serious illness needing further treatment I’m just baffled at the lack of follow through.

Today I had a 5 star experience here. I went in horribly sick, unable to keep down any liquids, and not the best communicator. The doctors and nurses were so kind, empathetic, and patient while treating me. The best part: I got medicine that helped me out a bunch, so much so I vacuumed the house. Thank you very much for everything you do! God bless

Physicians and staff are very pleasant to interact with, very informative to my questions/concerns during visits. Love that they get you in and seen seemingly quick.

Terrible! Do not go here! Run away! This place used to be decent back in the day...but the lady doctor/ practitioner/ physician assistant there currently has no idea what she is talking about! Told my son his symptoms were viral and refused to give him an antibiotic! She just looked at him! How the hell would you know it's viral without doing any labs?! Didn't give us any medicine and just sent us away! Weeks later my son has Strep (bacterial, Not viral)! Verified by our actual pediatrician! So bad that his side of face was swollen and eye red! I can't express how f'n angry I am right now! I will Never come back this facility! And that person should be fired if not lose her license! I've encountered others who had similar bad experiences with the same person.

I came here for a sprained ankle today. The front desk, nurse and cnp were all very nice and caring.
