My mom was just there for a short while, but the nurses and staff were very caring and professional. Kim, Crystal and Danielle were very compassionate and involved with my mom’s care. Kim went above and beyond to help my mom when I couldn’t be there. A big , sincere thank you to the nurses and staff at Good Shepherd.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The nursing staff was professional and efficient. I can't think of any other place that I would trust my mom with. Danielle is amazing! It was clean, neat, and they are dealing with covid very well.My thanks and best wishes to all the staff.

Mom lived the last six years of her long life at Good Shepherd. During this time, her nursing staff were not only caretakers but friends and advocates as well. Mom was comfortable here. It was her home. As life goes not everyday was perfect but we would choose Good Shepherd all over again. We can't thank you enough for giving us this peace of mind. This includes ALL departments. It seems everyone works to make Good Shepherd truly home taking this mission to heart. Thank you. Nadine's daughters

I have received rehab after I broke my pelvis they did a tremendous job I would definitely recommend Good Shepherd home

checking on the patients when their light comes on..Also my mother has to go to the bathroom. It's usually to late by the time they come to her room. My Mom gets so upset that she can't breathe.I just talked to my. mom and she said she can't breathe. I am furious.

I have resided in GSH for over a month cause I had a stroke and needed therapy and I have to say I have nothing bad to say about this nursing home.Therapy is exceptionally awesome,no complaints at all.Aides are very prompt to help you and answer your lights.i would highly recommend these people,if it came to me having to live in a facility I would definitely pick GSH...Thanks for all you guys have done for me,God bless you guys

If you are looking for a nursing home for your loved one that actually CARES for you like your family would, look no further. Good Shepherd Home's compassionate care is second to none. They have been caring for my Grandmother for over 2 years now and they do excellent work. The staff treat my Grandma like she is family and you can tell that they truly care. I would recommend that anyone looking for a nursing home consider Good Shepherd Home first.

My favorite nursing home around the Tiffin area. I am a STNA who has been kinda job hoping the last 2-3 years, so I kinda have some added perspective. Every nursing home is subject to change each year(results may vary) but this home was/is working for me as an employee in the 2018-2019 time frame.I like the layout of the home, the style. I think it is like all one floor and shaped in a half circle horse shoe format. The employee meals are really good because they have food ready for you buffet restaurant style on the side of the cook kitchen. They also have these expensive message chairs that residents and staff (on break) can use. I feel like I was treated really well here, but needed a break after awhile. I would rather only work like 6 months out of the year and just chillax the rest.
