I first reviewed Dr Daugherty in 2018, the year I began seeing her. I was impressed then, and I remain impressed today She is compassionate, listens well, explains things thoroughly (never talking down) is willing to hear my input, and she never prescribes a pill that is not needed. Her office staff is the best anywhere, especially her nurse, Becky Joe. My respect and trust for this Doctor has grown greatly. She has adapted to this Covid world and made her office a haven of safety for her patients. Telehealth appointments are there if we require them, if not the office is impeccably clean. She is thorough and comprehensive in her examinations, and I have never had an appointment with her when I felt rushed or hurried.

I love this clinic. Its so quite and low key. Not a lot of people know that is here just like there are other businesses back here as well. The providers at this practice are wonderful. You have a doctor and two nurse practitioners, I prefer to see each of the providers in rotation that they all know me and are aware of my history.

Found out that the office has a policy to exclude "new" patients from same day scheduling (with symptoms of illness) even if appointments are available. A "new" patient is one that has not been seen for 3 years. Even if the patient has been seen at this practice in the past. - That to me says they do not care about the health and well being of their patients. Was sent to Urgent care, which is owned by KCH also. Which is more expensive to both me and my insurance carrier.

Dr Daugherty is easy to talk to. She hears what I have to say, she explains things in a way that is not over my head yet doesn't talk down to me. She is very thorough. I have to say transitioning to her office from my much beloved other Dr, has been a much better experience than I thought possible. I highly recommend her.
