This doctor is suspiciously deviod of human compassion and empathy, because he avoided a slightly institutionalized patient on theee separate occassions. He did not take into consideration, the fact that the patient he was avoiding, was struggling with pain and functioning strangely because he was in a mortifying and horrendously harsh environment + reality; an existence that is utterly terrifying, is one in a cage or locked facility. He will not prescribe any narcotic pain medicine even to those with decaying teeth, terrible back aches, and a broken / dislocated shoulder (at least in my personal experience). He frequently refuses to prescribe opiods to patients with a history of drug abuse or chemical dependency. To those those in recovery and with years of sobriety, he supports that by denying any options for moderate to severe pain (not a 90x script for Norco) relievers because he is possibly cynical and accepting bribes. Some may not understand it, or are naive and still learning about the dynamics and key factors of pain management, but opium is the best medicine used in psychiatric treatments. 😏 It is also noted that he has spend little to no adequate amounts of time, during routine scheduled appointments, with several and at least one of his patients. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone, but he probably is not the worst doctor to see if sick.

This Dr. doesn't listen to his patients! My treatment plan was changed without even discussing it with me and I called regarding a missing prescription. In fact, I was told if I wanted a Dr. that talked to me about my treatment I should find another one??? Wow, if that isn't BS! I went from taking 4 medications to 20 now. I will not be going back!

Dr Valone takes his time to answer any questions that you have. He also gives several options when a problem arises, often with supplements or diet change for me.

Been going to Dr. Valone for over 30 years. I have always found him to work diligently to resolve my health issues and move me along to another Dr. if he could not figure things out. My trust in him is 100%. He has always been there for me.
