its a great place if you want to get rid of someone in your family & not want to have to deal with them again. they don't update, they don't answer the phones, they don't call back. easy to see why they have beds open for new patients. they can't keep permanent nursing people because there treated as wonderfully as the patients.

My 33 year old niece is in Countryside Manor. The staff is amazing. They have kept me informed throughout all of her care. It is obvious they care about their patients. My niece likes the food and the rooms are spacious. Thank you for everything.

When to visit my sister at Countryside Manor the staff were very pleasant and so glad they were able to keep the coronavirus out of building and all the patients safe.

The place is nice and clean but they're in need of a cook because I'm tired of sending my mom food because somebody can't cook. If Hormel taste better than the chef made then there's a problem!

The facility is always clean, smells clean, and staff responds quickly when called. The decor isn't top-notch, but I am satisfied with it. My MIL is a resident here, coming from the Rutherford House, as all of her savings were used up there and she now gets Medicaid, which Rutherford House doesn't accept. She receives better treatment here, it seems.

Dad has only been here 1 1/2 months. The staff members I have encountered have been friendly and helpful. They are somewhat under staffed and could use some assistance. (At least on the floor where dad resides) The facility is clean and has undergone some renovations to improve conditions and still care for the people under their care.
