This Dr called me on Sunday afternoon the day before my surgery, to see if I had any questions. I felt so well taken care of. The surgery went perfectly. Also excellent office staff. 5/5

The only reason I gave 2 stars for this practice is because of Dr. Linh - she is the sweetest and treated me during my first two visits, professional and listened to my concerns. I finally got treated by Dr. Christopher Do today for an annual physical to fully check up and to also address some skin issues I have been experiencing. He was curt, rude, dismissive, unfriendly and basically shrugged off every concern I tried to vocalize by saying I'm young and I shouldn't have to worry; he did not have any patience to listen to the concerns that I wanted to address at all. I asked to be referred to an allergy specialist for my rashes and it took so much persistence from my part to get him to finally write me up a note. The whole experience was unpleasant and made the doctor visit (an already aversive event for me) even more aversive. I just don't think this is how health care providers should approach patients.

Dr. Do is my primary doctor for so many years. I came here to see Dr. Do for annual check up and other medical treatment. They offer to draw the blood test here so we don't have to go to the lab. I am glad that Dr. Do accept Santa Clara healthy family and Anthem Bluecross now so my other family members can come here too. Dr. Do is a good doctor always patient and listen to what you say. If you have any questions or concerns about your health he will take his time to explain and prescribe the medication as need. I am highly recommend Dr.Do to be your family doctor.

Very easy to talk to, explained things well. Removed my mom’s colon cancer with laproscope and she is cancer free two years later.

The doctors here are very respectful and helpful I am happy I chose them as my primary doctors .

Dr. Do was thorough with my physical and took the time to go over all my concerns even though his office is busy with multiple patients that day. His Vietnamese staff is experienced and friendly,

I don't quite understand why Dr Christopher Do got some bad reviews. The first impression on him was very professional, efficient even knowledgeable on different types of chronic illness. He was very nice, kind and was willing to spend a lot of time on me even on my other medical issues that I didn't expect that he would immediately call the specialist to see if he could help me or not. He also gave me a list of neurosurgeons whom I need to have consultation with. I have never met such a terrific pcp in 32 years! I am blessed to have him as my family doctor. I would definitely asked my family members to shift their pcp to Dr Do.His staff are all efficient and well-mannered.

This review is for the receptionist ONLY not sure how doctor is but I'm sure with these reviews he's great, but doctor needs to get some new receptionist or At least train them to be professional!! I called to make an apt and they kindly said they had an open available at 4pm I agreed because it fit well with me working then she puts me on "hold" then comes back and says ok today at 2:30... I told her I couldn't and we agreed at 4pm she said put me on " hold " again and then said alright tomorrow at 4pm so I just said okay I'll take it which was odd to me. Gave her the insurance number, but it was my mistake I gave her the expired card not my new one told her I'll give a call back when I find it she said ok 10 mins later she calls and tells me she's gonna cancel the apt because the insurance number is wrong? I had already told her what I was going to do then I give her the new number and she kept insisting it was expired when it clearly wasn't so we called our insurance they clearly said it doesn't expired until the end of the year and called back she kept fighting me on it, which was the weirdest thing then she just hung up! So I called again and the other lady just cancelled my apt, complete waste of time and super unprofessional!!! If they kept messing up I can't imagine what else they mess up on!
