Dr. Hua has been my Doctor for 16 years now. He is Always on top of every issue I encountered and has been so proactive to insure I don’t receive any surprises. Dr. Hua is always complete in his instructions for meds, making sure of any conflicts are taking into consideration. Warm, engaging his doctor patient interaction is first class. Dr. Hua is just the best!

I've only been with this office for less than a year now and am looking for a new Doctor asap. They are VERY slow to respond. Need anything as simple as signing a health form? Expect to wait months before you even hear back from them. However, the main reason for the 1 star is the neglect from Dr. Javidi. I've been on the same medication for 15 years and have never had a doctor refuse to refill it without having a "meeting" with you every 3 months. This wouldn't be so much of an issue if that expectation was better communicated and I didn't have to wait so long to even get an appointment. (and the appointment looks like: "Everything good?" "Yes." "Okay, I'll refill it." ...which is just a waste of everyone's time) I was supposed to have my medication refilled 5 weeks ago and with every phone call, long waits to hear back, and poor communication, I can't even get this 5-second long "appointment" for another 3 weeks from now! This is very unethical because my medication (that I've had for 15 years) is pretty dangerous to withdrawal from. My health has been put at risk as a result of this. I don't want to discredit all the nice and caring people who do work here, but there are much better and ethical doctors out there.

I've been coming to this office for 16 years and I must say that I am extremely disappointed how I was treated today. I potentially have a serious health issue to look into and was told to go elsewhere for care because of the temporary insurance I have they do not take even though the COPC website says they do take it. This office has decided that they do not take it. Probably because they do not make enough money from it even though they have received quite a bit of money from me in 16 years of going there. Lost a lot of respect for them. They may of just lost a loyal patient but I'm sure they do not care.

Dr. Dankovich Was so busy, yet took the time to sit with me as long as I needed. She is incredibly thorough and Knowledgeable. Also, she is so very kind! It’s not often you get the whole package! I am so grateful I received the referral to go see her, and I would encourage others to do the same!
