"f I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! I went into him knowing I wanted him as my surgeon as his work is well known amongst my Facebook group (breast implants illness). I have private, very good insurance through BC/BS. I was told he would fight and advocate for me to get insurance to cover my explant. He has done this for countless ladies who aren’t nearly as physically ill from these toxic bags as I am. Not only did he seem like he didn’t even want to be bothered with me, advocate for me he DID NOT. I never received a call about the status so after several weeks I called them. I was flat out LIED to by his staff. I was told my surgery was denied, that I also was denied a right to appeal and a peer review. I was devastated that the treatment that I received was nothing like anyone else’s. As far as I’m concerned, the oath of do no harm was broken when he chose to let me continue to live my time out so sick that I cannot work, and sometimes not even be able to care for myself properly. Countless ER trips and hospitalizations due to these toxic bags and him knowing this and lying to me, let alone the atrocious bedside manner...I wouldn’t let him touch my dog now. I called my insurance company. I was told that the time had lapsed to file an appeal but I could have (it was the time that lapsed that they never called me). I will be filing a complaint with the medical board as soon as I have my documentation together. Maybe one day he will tell me why my life means less to him than all the other people he’s been so happy to help? Money...probably. Maybe the thought that oh if I tell her insurance won’t pay, she’ll just go find the cash for me. That would be the only thing that makes sense to me."

Dr Tiwari and his staff are amazing! From the first phone call I had with him I knew I was in good hands. His office was kind enough to file with my insurance and when it was denied offered to do a peer to peer. Luckily, I was able to get better insurance and was approved! The office immediately got the ball rolling. His staff and the staff at Onyx and Pearl Surgery Suites are literally hands down the best. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease through the whole process. I feel as if I have been given a second chance to be apart of my life! Dr Tiwari and his staff are amazing! Dr Tiwari and his staff were all wonderful! No regrets whatsoever!! ❤️

Dr. Tiwari and his staff have been nothing but caring and attentive. I had a complication that couldn't be helped and Dr. Tiwari was on top of it and nothing but concerned. Most surgeons would write you off and send you on your way but he didn't and my husband and I were most grateful for that seeing as we came from Virginia to use him.

When I met with Dr. Tiwari, I had been struggling with an issue for 4 1/2 months. I had seen another surgeon. However, Dr. Tiwari was able to explain all facts and options surrounding my issue so extensively that I didn’t even need to get out my notes with my questions. He has always made me feel like his time with me is focused on me. He got to know me, and knew my case very well. I never felt like he was in a rush to get to his next patient. One of the options he gave me ended up being a success as well as the best possible outcome for my scenario. He’s been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and experienced as well as a way of making me feel he knows me and cares what happens. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon who specializes in breast reconstructions and revisions.

Dr. Tiwari and his team were wonderful to work with! He took his time to carefully explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I could tell he truly cared about my results. I am very happy with my results.
