I felt uncomfortable seeing a doctor who ignored what I told him about my situation.

I went to Dr. Gianakopoulos back in 2020 for Frequent Urination and UTI's. He did not one single test on me. He basically said nothing was wrong because my old urine sample didn't show anything. Well, i have been dealing with this persistent problem for YEARS.. and finally got an ultrasound showing i have uterine fibroids. My other doctors can not believe that i went to this Urologist and he didn't even do any basic testing on me! This doctor DOES NOT listen to patients at all. His mannerisms were very dismissive and made me feel like i was "imagining" my very REAL problem.

Absolutely the worst physician I have ever met. Do NOT go to this doctor! Office staff refuses to be helpful for any follow up issue. Undeniably, the worst care I’ve ever received.

This doctor left me nearly two weeks with a kidney stone obstructing my ureter. He told the nurse to tell me he couldn’t see if my stone had moved or not in the X-ray he ordered. He either didn’t look at the X-ray or didn’t care that my kidney was blocked. Either way super negligent!!!

He laughed at me several times when discussing my sexual activity with my husband. When I inquired Dr. Gianakopoulous about other alternatives he once again laughed at me and bluntly said, “That will not work”. I feel that this is unacceptable that he treated me this way; I have never been so humiliated by a medical professional. When attempting to understand his rationale for prescribing antibiotics I was consistently chastised for my questions. I feel that I was denied the ability to learn.
