Absolutely awful! My medication is never ready when it’s suppose to be ready. When told I will have a refill ready without appt for the following month I’m told everytime the dr never put in a refill. I would never recommend this place to anybody especially if you’re already suicidal. They don’t care about your mental honestly. I’d give it 0 stars if I was able to!

I went in optimistic, I suffer from severe anxiety and panic disorder. The Dr., Sihndu was rude and dismissive, I was having anxiety and struggling to slow my speech and she kept rudely interrupting me. For some reason she was asking me about the first times I drank and smoked, which was nearly 15 years years ago in high school--ended up prescribing me something for alcohol cravings. I am completely sober and I will now be struggling with anxiety until I can find another provider. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The two women at the front desk were more helpful, supportive, and kind than the Doctor. It was a terrible experience. I nearly cried in the lobby on my way out because I had been desperately seeking help and did not receive it today.

The staff are incompetent and unprofessional. Trying to communicate with them about everything from prescriptions to billing is an uphill battle. Like others said, this place is a complete money grab and there are arbitrary unexplained policies that will cost you a nonsensical amount of money and effort.

This place is a complete money grab avoid at all cost. I have been in several programs and never have been double charged. Not to mention they offered me no help. All of this was about money bc I had insurance. This place needs to be looked at for all the wrong things they are doing. Obviously not trying to help individuals. Just trying to make money!

Staff has been unprofessional and rude in person and over the phone. Some of the doctors/prescribers are nasty to patients and openly judgemental. They all have a high turn over rate, do not return patients phone calls for prescription refills or to make follpw-up appointments. I've called for two weeks, consecutively for medication refills for my child and have been ignored after repeatedly calling and speaking with staff, leaving multiple detailed voicemail messages AND the pharmacy we go to, has tried calling! Horrible horrible communication, fights in office amongst staff, employees have been fired for lying to patients, etc. We are currently looking elsewhere for medication management which saddens me because we love our prescriber.

I love this place. The begining was rocky but they are the best treatment I have received.

My rating of 1 star for Charak Center is based off of the billing practices only. I have spent the three years taking care of my wife and her medical needs. In the process, I find out that due to lack of communication between the staff members, my updated insurance from 2023 was not done until July of 2023. The most annoying part of this is that after speaking with the "A/R manager" I was told that she has no control over when she receives insurance updates. Oh, and I was also told that she has been an A/R manager for 35 years. I am glad that I don't work for her or Charak Center. As an A/R manager myself, I don't put down my employee and co-workers by being condescending. I do not have a problem making the payment to Charak at all. It's the principle of being billed from April and July of 2023 in May of 2024. Out side of the the billing issues, I have to say that I have an incredible Psychologist and psychiatrist. I would give them and the front desk staff a five start rating.

Started TMS treatment with Sarah, I’m about two weeks in and I am definitely feeling an improvement with my depression. Would recommend to anyone who felt like pills alone weren’t helping them

I would give zero stars if i could worst place ever they dont follow through or return phone calls. Michael Anikeev says he called in medication three weeks ago to walmart pharmacy but never did he finally called it in yesterday 1/31/24 the pharmacy needs to reach him about an issue that needs addressed i called and left a message for him and so far have heard nothing.would not recomed this place to anyone.

Luckily I wasn’t ILC this place is very strict policy’s. I’ve been to several rehabs The doctor is nice BUT communication on my experience was HORRIBLE. I will be sentenced to ilc Jan 24th luckily it’s not this place. This is the type of place that seems to hold ILC over your head. The doctor needs to realize times have changed in the last 20 years. Unfortunately he doesn’t take advice from an addicts experience. Anyways if your new here you have to be seen DAILY for 5 consecutive days you’ll get your meds daily (like a methadone clinic) Then you’ll get 1 week at a time. I went to this clinic already on a 2 week supply Then they wanted me to start over and come in daily. Then cuts my dose from 24mg to 16 Then prescribed all these other meds without even telling me. Luckily I found a new clinic where I’m getting my 2 week supply from and everything else cherek offers. Also been clean since October 31st this year. Be careful not to eat poppyseed a few days before your drug screen it will come up positive for opiates but once they send it for confirmation it will be negative. Google it. Anyways hopefully I was able to explain my experience if you do decide to go here maybe you’ll have a better experience then I did. Please don’t get me wrong I’m sure they care but there practice needs to realize drugs are stronger now then they were 20 years ago and some people need 24mg I already told this to the doctor yesterday but in 1 ear out the other. There’s different levels of care that people need in there recovery This place doesn’t understand that. They just offer the same care for everyone. It needs to be care based on the patient’s needs not what the doctor thinks you need. Hopefully one day this clinic get it. Also, reading other reviews communication there is none
