My most recent appointment was a disappointing experience. I had moved my visit up by two weeks due to lingering concerns following a prior procedure, and unfortunately left feeling unheard — with little sense that there was a genuine effort to address my issues. Ultimately, I found more helpful guidance through my own independent research than from the appointment itself.

I had an elevated PSA number. So, my Primary Doctor gave me a referral to visit the office. They scheduled me for a prostate exam and the doctor saw a dark spot on my prostate. So, then I had to have a biopsy. Did that. So, while waiting for my results my doctor had an accident so what normally takes 2 weeks to get results.I had to wait 6 or so weeks to see his partner to get my results. So, needless to say it was nerve racking to wait the the additional weeks. Which his office really wasn't concerned about. In the end there was nothing wrong with my prostate. So, for the next year,I had to go back for blood screening every 3 months and see the Doctor. Regardless of what time your appointment was you where there for at least 70 to 75 minutes. Each time I went there was a longer waiting no matter how many people were waiting. So, I decided that I'll never go back to this office. If you have to go to a urologist then skip this practice. It's not worth time and aggravation.

Dr. Jeffrey Lapprolerie is the best doctor that I have ever had in my 70 years that I have been living. He is thoughtful, considerate and a excellent physician. He truly cares about his patients. His staff is friendly and his offices are very neat and clean.

Love my Doctor !! Love the service and the staff !! Dr. Lapeyrolerie is awesome !! I am soo glad my internal medicine doctor recommended him to me. The treatment and the care I receive at this facility is so wonderful. Stopped me from worrying about the cancer I am being treated for ! I highly recommend this treatment facility.
