My appointment went very well. I was called in on time and greeted warmly by both the nurse and doctor. All of the test results were gone through and explained clearly as were all of my questions.I had a couple of issues that were addressed and referrals were made. The following day I received call’s from each referral and appointments were made.I would recommend Westgate Family Practice to anyone.

Dr Winterhalter is a wonderful doctor who I believe always has his patients best interests at heart. He is easy to communicate with. His nurse Ruth is very nice as are the rest of the staff.They answer the phone cheerfully and speak pleasantly to people.

Upon walking in the door at Cherry Westgate, I’mgreeted by a friendly receptionist. I never spend more than a few minute in the waiting room, when Dr Winterhalter nurse calls be back. She recalls, something from my last visit, ( last time it was my shoes), a comforting spirit on her part. Dr Winterhalter, is kind and has sincere respect for my well being. He remembers and reminds me of my past visits, which I don’t always recall. Overall, my experience with his practice has been nothing short of excellent. I would truly recommend Dr Winterhalter to anyone, as I was recommended by a few nurses(The most qualified in my opinion) from Licking Memorial, that have dealt with him on patience/Dr perspective. I would recommend this practice to anyone searching for a quality, heartfelt Doctor.Amy L
