The after hours people that work for this place are extremely rude. If they don't want to leave messages for the staff they work for (which is the reason the phone calls go to them after hours or during lunch/meetings), they need to leave! Deb wolf is a great cnp, listens to all concerns and takes time to know her patients.

Debra Wolf is the only provider that I would or will see here. She's an amazing practitioner and does everything she can to help and treat any medical issues I have had or do have. She seriously is the best and I would recommend her to anyone who really needs someone to listen to their health concerns.

I use to be happy here when Michelle was our Doctor. Since she left and I got someone else, It isn't as good anymore. They are overbooked and have to wait long time to get appointment. I was so displeased, I went somewhere else still in the Adena network and very pleased with my healthcare now.

Very nice and professional here. I was nervous and they answered all my questions and gave me pamphlets to help make my decisions. Wonderful staff especially dr misor!

If you want your medical issues dragged out for years with no solution. Go to any Adena facility and they can provide exactly that for you. One of their physicians created a HIPPA violation that they should be happy I didn’t file a complaint with. All they will do is put you in debt and push you away like a drug addict instead of treating you. If you live in Greenfield and it’s your only option in the area, drive a little bit and don’t waste your time. After two years, today was my final straw with them providing me no solution.

Overpriced and inefficient. Poor communicators. I never ran into a doctor who didn't care for the well being of his/her patients until being doctored by Dr. Mizer and Dr. Deland. Doctors and staff come before patients.
