Grove City Dental's Online Review Report Card

Highly discouraged at this place. Booking a same day appointment was good. However, once getting there it was a complete mess. They knew my situation & explained they could help me. Then got my situation confused & didn't do anything to help me. Surely made it a point to get my debit card to charge me the $50 exam fee I didn't even get done. Nor ANY help at all for my issue. It was cramped with too many people for proper social distancing & an overall madhouse. Not the mention the dental help had a nasty demeanor about her. NEVER will go here again & highly upset over giving money away for nothing.

Everyone was great but jenny.. shes evil 😈. No I am kidding. I hate the dentist but not anymore. I found my place and it's here. If your afraid or uncomfortable with the dentist this is your place.

Great experience was considerate and well mannered. Made me feel at home and comfortable to gain trust in the Dentist to perform good work. I like so far.

The staff at Grove City Dental are all kind and empathetic to my dental needs. I was one of those humans that hated going to the dentist and let me just say this, Dr. Schumann and his staff better stay right where they are!! 😁

So my husband has went here a couple times and loves it and well the kids and I had our first appointments yesterday here and we all walked away feeling very confident! The staff was amazing and Dr. Schumann was so patient with the kids and just made me feel very comfortable in our treatment plan and we walked out feeling amazing. Absolute best office in the state of Ohio. Dr Schumann is such a caring - determined boss. My teammates are the most intelligent people and are out of this world... I wouldn’t trade them for anything.

Very nice, everything was excellent, made me fell very comfortable, very friendly service. Coaching me when takeing pictures of my teeth, watching espn while teeth were being cleaned,

When I set up of my appointment I told them that I wanted my teeth pulled and dentures built to make sure that they did both services in the same place. When I got in there I was there for two hours to have x-rays, pictures after pictures after pictures after pictures after pictures after pictures taken of my mouth. The first lady that was working with me her name was Lonnie then Jennifer came in and took over for her and took more pictures these pictures are with the camera I was there probably an hour and 20 minutes before I saw the dentist, and then I maybe I say maybe five minutes with him because he told me that if I had dentures done I would break them or go through them very quickly for the way I grind my teeth and that I would be a waste of money for him because he couldn’t get somebody in the chair that was a paying customer.He figured the dentures would be under warranty so he would have to be fixing those for free many times.I told him I was not spending $50,000 on implants because I can walk out the door and be killed right then and that would’ve been a waste and my family would have to pay the bill he said oh no you can get insurance for that, why should I have to pay for something else. As far as I’m concerned I would give them a zero if there was a zero. The absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had a dentist.

I had my first visit this week with Dr. Schumann and was instantly happy with his practice. I chose him because of his outstanding reviews and his wide ranging expertise. I have had fear of dentistry since I was a child. I didn’t feel intimidated nor was I made to feel embarrassed because of the bad shape of my mouth. Dr. Schumann was very personable and kind. Soon I will be able to smile and laugh again with confidence.

Grove City Dental, is a great place to go for all your dental needs. Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable about what they need to do. They explain everything that they will be doing .Overall the office I have been to.
