Dr. Diehl is wonderful. He took extra care evaluating my knee injury with an in depth examination of rotation, extension and pain with movement. He provided clear instructions on what to expect during recovery time and possible further steps if we didn't see improvement. He is very receptive and calming. I've returned to him for other issues and am happy to have a physician I can count on for great care.

He took his time evaluating my shoulder. Very thorough with his exam to determine plan of care. I felt he really cared about my complaint and pain. Referred me to physical therapy and had amazing results.

Very glad to have found Dr. Diehl. He is honest, and sympathetic; he listens and treats me respectfully. He really looks me in the eyes when he is listening and considering what I think and feel. He is supportive of me and my decisions...he keeps an open mind. He tells me my options as he sees them. He doesn't try to bully me into seeing things his way. Those are all attributes that my previous spine doctor did not have. Thank you, Dr. Diehl.

If giving 0 stars was an option, I would. This doctor and his staff are terrible. They do not care about their patients at all! I left 5 messages about an urgent prescription refill and never received a returned call. If you are looking for quality care and a doctor that has your well-being in mind, this is not the place! Please do yourself a favor and do not pick John Diehl as your MD! Hopefully my negative experience will save you from the hassle of dealing with this unprofessional, uncaring, poor excuse for a doctor's office!
