I love them, they are nice and courteous, and the facility was so clean, very professional :)

The Dr's are great and have me on the right treatment to take care of my feet.. They are always professional and very friendly..

This is a lengthy review but an honest one that I have considered writing for a while now. However, if you do not read the entire review at least read this part. The office offers a chance to win monetary gifts for leaving a 5 star review. This seems unethical and deceiving to me and I wish I had this information before taking my child to this practice. During our initial visit, my daughter was not properly prepared for the shots of anesthesia in her foot, and the nurse did not take the time to explain the process or offer any reassurance. This was a traumatic experience for my daughter, and the lack of preparation and empathy was unacceptable. Furthermore, during the procedure, the doctor made fun of my daughter when she started crying out of fear. I felt that my daughter's feelings were not taken into consideration, and this experience only added to her fear and anxiety. Additionally, during our follow-up exam, the front desk staff ignored our presence, and the doctor did not even bother to check my daughter's toe properly. Instead, the doctor was more concerned on performing surgery on her other toe, because she was to terrified to undergo another awake procedure with this clinic. After the follow- up visit we discovered a rather large piece of toenail was left in the wound which was causing pain and the wound to not heal correctly. Had the physician checked the initial wound during our follow-up the nail debris would have been found. Also, during our post-procedure follow-up, I had several questions, which the doctor seemed annoyed to answer, assuming that as a nurse, I should have already known the answers. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also dismissive of my concerns as a parent. Lastly, I was extremely disappointed in the financial aspect of our visit. During our check-out, we were asked to put a credit card on file to “hold” the surgery, and it was clearly explained to us that the money for the surgery was to be held until the surgery was completed. However, the office charged my card anyway. I had to dispute the claim, and it took two months to get my money back for a surgery that we never went through with. To add to my frustration, I learned that your office offers a chance to win money in exchange for leaving a 5-star review on Google. This practice is unethical and manipulative and only serves to further erode my trust in your clinic. Overall, our experience with your clinic was not only disappointing but also traumatizing for my daughter. I hope that you take my feedback into consideration and work to improve the patient experience and professionalism of your staff in the future.

Wonderful staff, professional and helpful

Went for toe mail pain on left big toe. She clipped and got mail samples told me I probably would have to remove mail. Went to another practice he trimmed all nails and gave me salve to put in bad nail. And put moisturizing lotion on both feet. Got nothing done at Stringtown facility. Wasted co pay

They all treat you like your a person. I've had problems with my feet for almost a year and finally got the treatment I needed from them. I'm glad to say I was happy when came here.

I've been going to Dr. Hewitt for a few years now. She is very personable and attentive. Staff has always been friendly and has always been a welcoming atmosphere.
