They were very accommodating. I accidentally got here an hour early right before their lunch. They offered to let me in during lunch and do my apt. I told them not to worry about it and they acted like I was doing them a favor! Excellent customer service!

Seriously the "manager" there an absolute joke. My mom went in to pick up my glasses which were replacements because mine were broken into a million pieces by a psychiatric patient I had (I worked ems for reference) I physically had to sweep my frame and lens off the floor of my ambulance after this patient. I called and she first only ordered my frame when I said the whole pair so I had to wait another week or so so that they could be sent to the lab for lenses. My mom goes in the pick up my glasses because they are either closed on my day off or they close before I'm off work. She refuses to give my mother the glasses because she said according to their policy you have to turn the pair of glasses in. What glasses was I suppose to turn in the dust pan I swept up them up into and pour it in a ziplock bag. So after arguing for a while she says I just need a pair of glasses. My mom goes out to her car and breaks a pair of her cheap reading glasses so that I can get my glasses needless to say the "manager" was not happy about that and recanted and said we need the original glasses and my mom replied with that is not what she said. She said my mother threatened her and that we cussed her out because I said "what the fuck am I suppose to do without glasses." If I could give this place zero stars I would. The optometrist is amazing there don't know how in the world she deals with the office staff all day because they are HORRIBLE. Seriously spend your money elsewhere because clearly their warranty on your glasses means nothing. If I knew this was how it was I would've never purchased the warranty on my glasses.

I drive truck and lost my glasses these fine folks got me in for a new prescription so that I could have new glasses made they were extremely helpful

My usual eye Dr couldn't get me in for 6 weeks and after having some new vision problems, I was able to get in here within a few days. I was hesitant, but the Dr and staff were the best. The staff was incredibly friendly, honest about what would work best and kind. The Dr was timely and truly a breath of fresh air. I will now be switching to this office after finding out my prior doc gave me the wrong prescription but quite a bit. The doc here was professional about the others error and made me extremely comfortable. Their prices are reasonable and their extensive testing onsite is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Very professional and friendly but ultimately very helpful. The doctor explain everything and gave tips for eye health. When I went to buy my first pair of glasses, Jayra explained my benefits and was truthful with me. She was also training and the trainee was nice as well. Overall great people great place. Thank you for taking care of me! Will definitely be back next year for my next exam!!

Showed Discrimination against us because I did not require my 7 year old daughter with health issues to wear a mask. Treated us like lepers, and made is wait outside.

I sure love this place. they even allow you to bring dogs and puppies in the office. Nikki is my favorite check in person she always has ways to make people feel comfortable, better when they are in a angry mood. she always makes people life super friendly love her to pieces. cant forget their awesome manager Theoor he is just as friendly and cheerful as nikki and makes you laugh and makes you feel comfortable. super friendly and helpful with glasses and transitions. lets not forget the lady docotor she is amazing and friendly as well very sweet these guys loves there costumers. they get the work done.
