My mother is currently there and the nurses and staff have been amazing. My mom was not a real cooperative person to take care of because she has dimentia and was and is very difficult most of the time but they have patience and love for these patients, it shows...

My dad was there for a short 6 week visit to recuperate from pneumonia. When released, the family discovered that he had a large, untreated and open wound on his tailbone, one on his heel and one on his leg. There was never any mention of any sores or wounds on him from any of the staff even though we were in constant contact with them. There also wasn’t anything in his discharge paperwork.The untreated wound was staged as a stage 2 and the family had to immediately get in home wound care to get him healed. Had we not gotten him out when we did, the wound would have been a stage 4. I immediately called the CEO who refused to talk to me, but instead had his Regional Director to call me. I filed a neglect and abuse charge with the OHIO Department of Health and the complaint was substantiated. Please do not put your loved one in this facility. My dad suffers from dementia and can no longer walk due to having a stroke a few years ago. If you care for your loved one, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!

My mother went here and had the most horrible experience. They came in to change her diaper at 3pm and put away her call light where she couldn't reach it. She was alone from 3pm until the next morning laying in her own pee. The next day she was having issues with her heart and called the nurse on her actual cell phone, and they told her they'd be in in a minute. It took them 30 MINUTES to get to her. And when my mom asked what took her so long, the nurse got an attitude with her and walked out. Didn't even get anyone to check her heart. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I promise you the positive reviews are made up by the company. My Grandfather suffered from Dementia and after many years of my grandmother doing it on her own we were talking about putting him in a memory care facility. Before we could properly look for a place who would take care of him and incident occurred requiring the life squad to come to the home and was not a loud to return home but needed to go in a home. They didn’t let us decide where he went they just shoved him to the first place that took him which ultimately three weeks later costed him his life. They immediately put him on four plus medications to the point of a coma practically so they wouldn’t have to deal with him every time we call to face time him to check on him they would cancel or make comments he’s not going to know who we are anyway. Which is the least compassionate way to tell someone who’s family is going through this. My grandfather was up and walking getting ice cream with me and then a month later just pronounced dead no reason the nurse got to him and was “too late”. They were taking him for X-ray for a bruise that they couldn’t figure out why. The day he died my mother and uncle went no one showed their face told them what room said I’m sorry for your loss.When they finally found his room he had a giant bruise on his neck.My vet had more compassion for my cat getting put to sleep than this place. I would not trust this company to watch a cactus. The end of the day this place wants your 5,000 for a month and does not care about your loved ones. I beg you not to send your family here, I would never want anyone to have to go through this. The week we could go see him with the COVID was the week he left this earth.

My grandma was referred to Bradford Place for rehabilitation after she broke her hip, the staff was always so welcoming and helpful! I can say without a doubt my grandma's needs were always met in a timely manor and the staff was happy to be helping! Thank you Bradford Place!!

Bradford place has taken care of my grandmother twice within the last several years. Both times have been phenomenal and as a result I would recommend this facility for any type of elderly care. She was very satisfied with treatment and the overall demeanor of staff. Every time we visited her she was extremely well taken care of. The staff was friendly when visiting as well as very engaged, you could tell they were motivated to give her excellent care and make sure she felt at home. Overall the rehabilitation program was excellent. Thank you Bradford for taking good care of my grandmother.

My Uncle Tom Spadafora had the need a few times that required multiple lengthy stays at Bradford Place in Hamilton, Ohio. Fortunately I live close by and was able to visit him often. I was always impressed with the cleanliness, the security and the accessibility offered by this facility. My Uncle expressed to me his confidence in his care and often told me he was well taken care of. He enjoyed the food and the interactions he had with staff and other patients. As a relative of a loved one, all the above make a difficult situation much more easier to deal with. Thanks Bradford!

I used to work there. I do like that the place was non smoking.

My mother was sent here for extensive wound care then skilled level rehabilitation. They were suppose to be top notch for wound care. After the first hectic week of getting her settled in which was kind of expected things started to look good. Then all of a sudden things changed. She would call for help and literally wait 45 -75 minutes for someone to come in and help her go to the bathroom. Several times she had accidents in bed because she had to wait so long. Then she had an aid that made her feel awful about her self because the aid was so lazy and didnt want to do anything she talked down on my mother and made her very upset. I made a call to a lady that said she would take care of that and that aid would no longer be taking care of her. Since that happened all of her care has been skipped no wound care and neglected of assistance. I have had to make several calls and still seems like nothing is being done right. They have her on the wrong insulin and refusing to give her the right insulin. Her insulin is prescribed from her main doctor. Which means her sugar has been in the 300 and 400s for about a week. Im going to hope this review triggers something because someone needs to step up their game plan or i will have to pursue this in a different approach. Most of the nurses and aids she has had have been outstanding with her but seems they are so short of help that maybe they shouldnt even beable to legally operate. Medicines need to be closely monitored and adjusted accordingly to ones health. Doctors maybe need to spend little more time over seeing the care that is given to the patients and make sure everything that is needed is done. I do know that Latoya is an aid there and she shouldnt be in any clinical building with patients with her attitude and harsh verbal abuse is on called for. This is suppose to an uplifting rehabilitation center and we are starting to think otherwise. I really hate to give reviews like this but when it comes to ones health i think this needs to be heard.Adding an update. This place is not clean or sanitary. My mother needed help at 3am to go to bathroom, finally at 7 she couldnt wait anymore and had accident in bed. She Laid there for 2 hours before anyone came to get her out of the wet bed. At 6pm she still never has been washed up or cleaned and has been stuck in wheelchair all day bed never was made and portable toilet in room has been sitting used for almost 24 hours and not cleaned. Her bed air mattress is broken and sinks in the midle causing discomfort and unable to easily get in and out of the bed. Have asked for recliner for weeks and still not one there for her. Reports given on wound care are not even closely accurate. I have seen few other families ha ing care issues with their loved ones as well. This is awful to be treated this way knowing you are unable to do everything your self.
