Great doctor very caring

Pathetic support staff and service. I wish could give zero star. Don't waster your time getting in touch with this office.

To be honest, I read the reviews(as I always do before visiting a new physician)and almost didn't schedule an appointment. I went ahead and made one because they were accepting new patients and that is hard to come across these days let alone getting into a physician the following day as a new patient. I am very glad I did because Dr. Mital is sharp and was NOTHING like any of the reviews you'll read. Like my husband always says, nobody likes to give a good review but they are quick to offer a negative review. So I figured offering my two cents on here could help someone else find a great doctor. He was attentive, caring and wanted to get down to treating me correctly. He cared about my care and also had great bedside manner. He cut up with us but was also serious when needed. In my husbands words "he was very sharp"....... So if you're in need of a great primary Internal Medicine doctor, I would give him 10 stars.

She really cares about her patients! She answers all questions you have without feeling rushed or unheard, they really listen too you and your concerns and don't sugar coat anything. The whole staff is amazing! My experience has been nothing but the best. I highly recommend!

I give them no stars but have to give at least one to warn the public. I have to call in my pharmacy to have him call in my meds EVERY month. I went to call in my antidepressants last month and he would only give me a 2 week supply until I came into his office. I came in just to get the prescription then he did it again to me this month only he gave me a ONE week supply. It is a set up for him to make money and it is completely unethical. On top of that, he has put me down intellectually and is incredibly rude. Find ANYWHERE but here to go.

I have been seeing Dr Mital for about a year now and he is also considerate and straightforward with me. He explains the options for me, answers my questions and gets to the point. I read these reviews before I went the 1st time and was surprised at how different my experiences have been.

I’ve not seen the son but she has to be the rudest, unempathic, greedy physician in the Kettering network. You’re just a number to her. She cares only about the $$$. I dk how she even got a physicians’ degree. Don’t waste tour time or money. Money, money and did I mention money?. I would go to a veterinarian before ever going back to her.

I read these reviews prior to my first appointment with her, I was pleasantly surprised to find the opinions are totally different from my experience. She is a wonderful doctor. Very thorough, she took her time with me and answered every question. She seems to genuinely care about patient care. She explained to me upfront that it is very important for her to follow up with her patients every few months if she prescribing any kind of medication. She told me her office will prescribe at most, a 90 day prescription to ensure the medication is working for you prior to prescribing again. She places great emphasis on your total health. She answered my many questions regarding medication side affects, diet, and overall health. Doctor Chetna gave me great advice and helped me to understand the affects of the medication my previous physician prescribed me was having on my health. Overall, a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend her.

Very thorough, personal and understanding. My entire family and extended family members have seen Chetna Mital for years and she is wonderful! Aggressive in her treatment and firm with her doctor recommendations and instructions but very personal and compassionate at the same time. She remembers who you are and I like that!

I hate even giving a star to be honest. I have always respected my doctors , always. But this guy takes the cake. He Pre judges you, I am in therapy and am on medications. Now I have been with the same therapist for 13 years and am stable on my medications. I also see a skin doctor and a Gynecologist, he had the nerve to tell me that I saw to many doctors. What does that even mean? His bed side manner sucks and so does his personality. I have insurance but now I'm without a doctor because I am not going back to that fool. Save yourself a headache and find someone else because this guy is a joke and I have half a mind to file a complaint with the insurance company.
