List of Frank Wolf's Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr Wolf for a long time and I have never had a problem with him! I would definitely recommend someone to him!
My appt was at 4pm I got their 20 minutes earlier, I was back in my car at 4:02. Effective care, but no concern or bedside manner. Basic, wham bam, herding of customers with no passion for helping.
I have been going to Dr. Wolf for years! Never had a bad experience with him! The negative comments I read about him seem liked spoiled princesses!
I definitely understand both sides of these reviews. My husband and I thought his "no-nonsense" personality was a little abrasive at our first appointment but we decided to stay on and see how it went. Our second appointment, he was making jokes and polite conversation so we felt a lot more comfortable with him. You just have to get used to his sense of humor and take initiative when asking questions, he will tell you everything you need to know and lessen your fears. A good doctor who takes his job seriously, your OB doesn't need to be your best pal.
Dr. Wolf is a great surgeon but I won't be seeing him anymore for yearly exams. Absolutely ridiculous! Too rushed, didn't listen to my concerns at all, and didn't perform a breast exam either. Who goes to a yearly exam and doesn't get that done? Not that I enjoy getting that done but isn't it peace of mind to go with yearly mammogram? He was a great doctor when he had his own practice. Since he joined this group he's a totally different doctor. I'm done!
The exam he performed was extremely rough and painful. I've never had a painful pelvic exam until now. He rushed the appointment wouldn't listen to my concerns, bad mouthed his nurses when they weren't in the room. Generally acted as if I was bothering him by needing to be seen.
Dr. Wolf was who I went to for a second opinion after a bad experience with excessive bleeding under the care of another doctor. I needed an emergency hysterectomy. He has received training on laparoscopic method also. Its been almost two years since and I am 100% better and have no scar. I still see him now and highly recommend him. He is quiet and reserved.
I loved having Dr Wolf through out my pregnancy and enjoyed his no nonsense, sarcastic nature. He did a great job with my pregnancy, my mother's and both my sisters kids. Tips. Speak up with questions and concerns, you won't be babied. If you have an issue with something, challenge it or get a second opinion. He is there to do his job and sees so many women a day. He can't read your mind.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wolf for five years. I had my first child six months ago, and therefore had many meetings with not only Dr. Wolf but other physicians in the practice. Dr. Wolf is by far my favorite doctor in the practice. While he is sarcastic and has a sometimes odd sense of humor, he is very knowledgeable and easily provides straight forward answers to any questions you may have. He made sure I had everything I needed for maternity care and even made this first-time mom feel a little less nervous. I highly recommend him to others.
Went to him for a long time. The last time I was there I went because I was so raw and itchy down on my private parts and I knew it was a yeast infection. When he looked there he said I was nice and pink. I felt uncomfortable. He took urine but it was never looked at. If he had he would of known I had yeast and that I was full of sugar. I had diabetes. I know this cause I went to another Dr. He would make weird comments all the time before this visit. Has anyone else felt this way.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
