I am very disappointed in the treatment that I received. My initial reason for an appointment was not even what Dr. Krebs focused on, so I had to return and pay another co pay for something that should have been done on the first visit. She asked meInformation that was already in my chart,I had to ask for my blood pressure to be taken when the reason for my visit was FOR my blood pressure. I got blood work done and had to call several times for the results which I still have no got because she has not signed off on them. I have been toldI would receive a call back several times and still have not. I would not recommend her to anyone who is having any serious health issues because your health is not her concern. I had to force her to listen to me because every time I would go to explain or speak she would cut me off. Both of my visit were pointless and I had to look for another doctor.

Doesn't communicate with patient. Fails to let patient know the reason for not renewing prescriptions. No way to send email. Just sloppy. Seems to care about her check more than patient. Stay away.

Absolutely rushes through appointments.Refuses to return phone calls.Refuses to cooperate with other physicians.Absolutely no bedside manner.I highly do not recommend Dr. Krebs.If at all possible seek out a different physician.

Got in on time felt rushed had one more thing to ask her about didn't get to ask cause once I was seen for main purpose she dashed out and that was it!

I wouldn't suggest going to Dr. Krebs. She was dismissive of my concerns, didn't answer questions, lacked empathy and expressed poor bedside manner. She suggested no plan of action other than suggesting a flu shot.

After losing my job and health insurance I was terrified about finding a doctor to see me for my regular checkups. I have a heart condition so need to see one every 8 weeks. Dr. Heidi Krebs was who I went to and I have been extremely satisfied with her and her methods. She is patient, caring, thorough and knowledgeable. She spends a large amount of time with me each appointment. She asks me questions to make sure I understand what she wants to know from me and gives me answers to my questions I understand. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a good doctor regardless of the insurance they have or don't have. She gets a 4 Star Rating from me.
