They have some major office communication issues and felt like I was pulling teeth just to find help working with my insurance company and new allergy office. Don't go here if you don't have a flexible schedule. I'm unemployed and could schedule at anytime but still my 2nd appointment was canceled with a 2 hour notice and a bad attitude for medication I was desperate for. Then they were nothing but difficult when it came to transferring me and my medication to a new office. The doctor was nice and took the time to make sure I understood everything but I was brought to tears and frustration when dealing with scheduling and medication procedures. They called my insurance company once then gave up before they even talked to someone.

My husband and I have been patients for years of Dr. Leipzig, and I just took my 5 year old son who has sensory issues for allergy testing. Dr. Leipzig and his staff were fantastic, and they made allergy testing as easy as possible for my son. Highly recommend them for child and adult allergy and asthma issues.

Great Doctor but a terrible person at the front desk named Melissa....very rude and disrespectful towards her customers.

Since joining Family Allergy & Asthma, I have been very disappointed in Dr. Leipzig's office. They did not communicate with my other allergist when shipping my vials back home and I ended up missing my shot and had to get new allergy vials made because they were not shipped properly. They took no responsibility for their actions (or lack of) and I have since decided to no longer see them. Do not recommend.

I loved bringing my son here for treatment...before Dr. Leipzig sold his practice. I'm sure he had his reasons and I don't fault him, but I find Family Allergy and Athsma to be very disappointing. No communication, no follow through and the injection hours seem to have changed a thousand times since they took over. I can't tell you how many times that has caused me to drive across town only to find out they are closed or the hours changed AGAIN and my son missed his injections. Plus there have been times I've come on the right day at the right time and their doors are closed and locked, I assume because they decided to take lunch 20 minutes early. We used to be able to walk in the door and get called back immediately before he even sat down. Now we walk in and sit for 10-15 minutes being completely ignored while no one seems to be doing anything. I'm looking to see if there are any other options because they are no longer worth the drive. Sorry, doc.

I just started immunotherapy with Dr Leipzig. I am very pleased so far. I am doing the rush, and I am having no issues so far. I am excited to be getting this under control.

Dr. Leipzig's office went above and beyond for me. They worked me in the day I called for my first appointment. He was very thorough and accommodating. Highly recommend.

He takes time to explain your problem and his treatment. Doesn't rush and answers questions. My asthma and allergies are now well controlled and no longer limit what I can do.

Dr. Leipzig is a fabulous allergist. He has early morning and late evening hours by appointment. His office is clean and he goes above and beyond to treat YOU as a patient, not just your symptoms. He is up to date on current treatments and takes time to talk to his patients. Highly recommend.

I love the fact that they offer early hours on Tuesday mornings. I stop in on Tuesday mornings for my allergy injection at 8:00 a.m. before going to work. I know that if something comes up and I can't make that time frame, I can schedule a later appointment time on Tuesdays. You just have to call and set it up in advance. They really work with you!
