Extremely hard hard to get ahold of an almost never answer the phones. Tried for two weeks to get ahold of someone an nobody ever answers.

Had my first visit with Dr Risner and I was very impressed by her! She was personable and made me feel very comfortable. She listens to what you are saying and explains things to you in a way you understand. She's everything I was looking for in a doctor.

Dr. Cole (Risner) has been a god send to me. I have been to at least 6 other gynecologists with concerns about chronic pelvic pain that I had been dealing with for over 10 years. Every other doctor rushed me out the door with a bandage solution, and a speech about how I am too young to know what I want, too young to choose what is best for my body. I've been told that it was my job as a woman to have children, or that I would need a husband's permission one day before anything permanent could be done for me. Dr. Risner is the first doctor I've been with who actually sat and listened to me, and took my pain seriously. She was nothing but caring and professional, and she showed genuine concern for my pain and walked me through each step in the process of figuring out what was causing so much pain. After an ultrasound and a laparoscopy, she found adenomyosis, which has no cure apart from a hysterectomy. She put the choice in my hands, and never once made me feel like I was too young to make my own decisions. She was understanding, and supportive, and she has done more for me than any other doctor in my life. 2 days ago I had my total hysterectomy, at 22 years old, and I'm so thankful to finally have an end to the pain that had become so much a part of my life. I've been dealing with it for so long that it's hard for me imagine life without it. But here I am, healing and on my way to a better quality of life, thanks to this wonderful woman.

Dr Cole has delivered both of my children. She also did several of my prenatal tests. My husband and I loved her when she delivered our children She has an awesome bedside manor and made my experience of child birth as relaxed and amazing as it could be!
