Wonderful, compassionate doctor! Will not rush you. Sometimes the wait is long because primary health insists on scheduling every 15 minutes instead of every 30 and Dr. Malloy will not rush you if you need to talk about things that are bothering you. He is missed!

After two hours of waiting my niece was finally called back. Next time if the appointment is at one we will be there at three. This wait was unexceptable. It’s rediculas to schedule this way

I would recommend people who have stomach problems, that is GERD, Not go here. Better go to UC hospital.They can find out your problems in a heartbeat. I went to Malloy, was told I had GERD for so many years, never sent me to the hospital for Xrays, or for a colonoscopy & a Endoscopy, to find out I have 3 Hiatal Hernias, the size of grapefruits that's been growing larger ( weight gain) for over 8 years.I was told by this doctor here, you have Gerd, take some Malox, it will make you feel better.

It's funny that the 2nd comment doesn't talk about "their own" patient experience, but overall patients in general. And it says exactly the opposite of the 1st rating, which is true. The second rating must be planted by him or his office to make him look better.

Hands down the WORST doctor I've ever seen. It was hard to get an appointment since he rarely worked. When I did get in, I once sat for THREE hours! He hurried through the exam and ignored my concerns. In fact, he was rude and condescending, treating me like I was worthless. He kept diagnosing the same issue differently every time I went. He couldn't even remember that he'd already given me half a dozen explanations (none of them correct!) for it. The fact that he was so inconsistent led me to believe he had no idea what he was talking about.

Listens, very caring. Treats patients with respect, is not condescending like some doctors. Takes time to address whatever needs addressing. Wait is usually short. If not, I don't mind because it means he is taking sufficient time to address patient needs, as he will with me. Some people have a number of complex medical problems which will be ignored by some doctors. Not him. He has developed unusually good diagnostic skills based on examinations. Staff are very nice. Can always get in same day if urgent medical condition comes up.
