MIchael Armentrout's Online Review Report Card

He was rude,uncaring and a narcissist. Only wrote routine referrals and did not see me for the side effect I am having from a new med, the reason I came in. Told me I had only 15 minutes which he wrote referrals during that time. When I told him that I would get fired if I treated people so rudely on my job, he stated that I probably would.

This office is horrible. I have never been treated in such a rude and insensitive manner in my whole life by any Doctor. I sat at this office for 3 hours, 2 in a room and they literally forgot about me. While my elderly father sat waiting in his car.Then when the doctor did finally come in she spent a whole 3 minutes with me if I was lucky, mind you Ohio State Law requires a minium of 15 mins with each paitent, on top of which she gave me a medication that I'm allergic to . knowing in my charts (had she bothered to look) I cant take alot of certain medications due to being ultra sensitive,especially combination antibiotics and not to mention I couldn't talk to her about what I needed to talk to her about at all. She was very rude and judgmental, her manners were foul! she talked insanely fast and then proceeded to talk the whole time she had the stethoscope against my chest and back which I found quite odd as they are supposed to do so quietly so they can hear what they need to. Again this didnt last but 3 maybe 4 minutes at the most. So I will not be going back here and I definitely would not suggest taking anyone or going here myself again. I would have gotten better care at the local vets office. Needless to say I'll be speaking with the medical board. Such a shame that all our medical doctors and so called healers only care about money. pierod. and you would be foolish to think otherwise. There are So few good doctors left. Letting Dr.Hutchinson go was a mistake. He was the only one there who genuinely cared about his patients. And not so much his pocket.

I found Dr. Armentrout to be very thorough and very pleasant. Answered all my questions and was in no hurry to move on to the next patient.

I trust him for. All my medical needs very educated

Dr. Michael Armentrout is one of the finest physicians ever. He is compassionate, caring, warm and attentive...A genuine caregiver.

There is nothing wrong with the Doctor they are very go ppl n they treat me n my child right i told a lot off ppl about this place n they like it a lot n for ppl to bad mouth these ppl n this office is wrong get to know ppl before u bad mouth ppl

Meanest and most inefficient receptionist I've ever encountered. Couldn't get an appointment if I stood myself upside down and wiggled my toes. She shouted with me angrily when I asked if she could speak up some; phone was very faint. She was incredibly rude and stressed out. I have no idea how good this doctor is and may never know, but if he values new patients he'll fire that receptionist.
