I set up an appointment online and it was handled easily. There were a couple text reminders...nice. I did the history online to save time and they couldn’t find it...lame,but I filled it out again at the appointment and it took maybe 5-8min. They ran pretty much on time. The doc was knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to. The girls at the desk were personable. I had a progressive pair of glasses made for work & they came in within about 10 days. When I picked them up a nice gentleman helped me & talked me through wearing progressive lenses. Overall, I was pleased and will go back. I will also send my family there in the future.

I had no issues in store. Dr checked eyes no problem with that service. After that lies started 1in store then 2 separate calls later 2 more lies.They will always get back to you lies. If I get my glasses will not go back to Bridgewater

I have been going to Pearle Vision at Bridgewater Falls for several years because of the amazing staff. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and always positive with the customers. Dr. White is a fantastic doctor, as well. She answers all questions, explains everything about your prescription and options, and never makes a patient feel rushed. With the perfect combination of the staff at this location under the direction of the store manager, Kayla, and Dr. White, this is the location I not only choose to continue to go to for my eye care, but also highly recommend!
