We had our first visit with Dr. Chobanov and it was very positive. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. However, this office is NOT handicapped accessible. The parking lot is downhill which makes pushing a 200 pound man in a wheelchair uphill very difficult. The doorways are narrow, had to tilt the wheelchair back to get over the lip. And getting to the bathroom, what a nightmare. It was exhausting just getting in the office. will return, but make the ofc accessible, please!

While waiting for the Doctor, an older woman came in in respiratory distress, but was told that her provider was not available and she would have to go to the E.R. She was clearly upset and having difficulty breathing. Staff did not call an ambulance or give her any kind of assistance. I understand the need for appts, however this lady was clearly in distress.

took time to listen and understand, checked motor skills etc, whereas the prior Neurologist did neither of theses things and gave me misleading info.

I am used to waiting much longer to get in to see specialists and also to staff who seem indifferent to what is going on around them and this Doctor and the clinic staff all seemed to be very engaged in everyone they were seeing no matter what day or time of day it was when I had an appointment there.
