List of Hartville Family Physicians - Hartville's Reviews
I’ve never been to this place before. New to this facility, was welcomed, and was walked through what my paper needs to be completed. Very friendly staff. Very organized and clean place. The atmosphere made me feel at ease walking through the doors. Excellent service.
I used to absolutely love going here. The past few years not so much. I can never see my primary care physician as he seems to be overbooked anymore. He’s the only one that really knows me and instead I get registered nurses who give me things such as antibiotics that don’t even work for me that my PCP knows. It’s time to find a new primary care physician.
Don't call you back when you leave a message for them to do so, been my doctor's office since i was little and it's a little obvious theres more to why they're not calling me back 🤔
Never actually saw the Doctor... might be awesome. They lost three sets of medical records before we could even schedule appointments with them, then provided only a token effort in locating them. Records were only found when the post office got involved - sent certified mail. They had been sitting in the doctors office for three weeks. Receptionists was adamant they never received anything but refused to do a thorough search. Additionally, they only accept paper copies of medical records - seems like an outdated and broken process.
Doctor Olsen was has been my GP for a long time. First rate and was part of the group of doctors who treated me through the ups and downs of cancer treatment.
Experienced friendly staff!
Dr. Olson is simply the best doctor. He's caring, courteous, personable, and funny. He knows how to lighten the mood when you're in pain or not feeling well. My husband and I both see him and we love him. He is very thorough, and detailed in his explanation of diagnosis. Will never go to another doctor! The office staff have always been friendly. The office is welcoming and clean
New to the area, the person that answered the phone was rude to start with 3 months ago(everyone has a bad day). However, after following all their specific requirements to make an appointment which took 2 weeks, I was able to get an appointment but it was for 6 weeks out because it was for a "new patient visit" per the doctors office. After waiting the 6 weeks, now we're into almost 3 months I get a call the day before my appointment saying THEY made a mistake and it should have been scheduled with a doctor not the nurse practitioner and would take more time to get an appointment with the doctor. The Office manager blamed me that it was my fault I was new, that I had prescriptions, after she had me on hold for several minutes only to come back and not make the appointment.Sad because I had heard the doctors are awesome in the Office. The same day I found a doctor's office in Uniontown that was helpful, consider and able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. The receptionist did not have a problem that I was a new patient, everyone was pleasant and my husband has an appointment and it only took him a little over a week to get in.
Dr. Olson insisted on seeing me every few months just to check my blood pressure since I was on medication. When I switched doctors before I ever even brought it up he said since I was seeing a rheumatologist and getting my blood pressure checked every month he did not need to see me for that.I feel like for Hartville family physicians it was just a way to milk the system.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
