List of Paige Henderson's Reviews
Dr Paige is professional, caring and the best.
I think Dr Page is great. Her father was a great Dr and she is carrying on his reputation. I can't say one thing bad about her she has helped me not only as a Dr but gives great advice as a friend. She's the best. Just my opinion
RUN don't walk to see Dr. Paige! I don't pay for expensive worthless health insurance that carries a $7000 deductible! I am uninsured. INSTEAD: progressively thinking - I pay her monthly fee (VERY CHEAP) and am seen! Recently seen for sciatica issue. Not only did she help but gave me direction for future! 100% patient focused! Be your own best advocate in your health care! Can't recommend her modality of approach enough!
I have gone to this office on west broad for over10 years. But now I’m looking for a new doctor.
Never having felt quite right about any doctor I saw, I used to switch primary care doctors every year up until I met Dr. Paige. I have been a patient of Dr. Paige's for 7 years now and currently live an hour away from her practice. Even so, I can honestly say I don't see myself ever looking for another doctor. She is more than worth my time and travel to get to her.Dr. Paige combines the best of western medicine with holistic healthcare... creating a unique approach that provides a complete big-picture perspective of her patients' health. She is fantastic in determining when it's critical to use medications, when it's beneficial to dive a little deeper to discover potential underlying issues without simply masking symptoms, and when it's necessary to use both methods. This is a physician that is warm, welcoming and funny... yet she will "Dr. House" the hell out of what's ailing you.. Dr. Paige will NOT simply shrug her shoulders, hand you a prescription and send you on your way. She'll dig, discover and do her absolute best to provide you with some real answers.I have always been impressed with the amount of time she takes with me and have never felt rushed out the door. She has always taken a seat and talked with me as long as I needed it and she actually listens. She wants to know YOU... not just your illness... and Dr. Paige makes you feel comfortable sharing. She will pay attention to your concerns and work WITH you to come up with a game plan that you are both comfortable with.I wish every member of my family and all of my friends would see her. I am constantly telling people "I have THE BEST doctor!"I could continue raving about Dr. Paige easily but it's better if you just make an appointment and see for yourself.
I was recommended by a nurse who was a patient of Paige, but she moved out of state. It has now been approximately 9 or 10 years since I have been a patient of Dr. Gutheil. Every experience with her has been caring and personal. I too am in the healthcare field and understand the frustration patients face, but it's not always the doctors or employees fault. As stated in some of the reviews I read, insurance companies and pharmacy play a huge role in medication prescribing. There are a lot of phone calls and waiting that takes place behind the scenes patients don't know about. When you are providing care to hundreds of patients with different needs it can get a bit frustrating on both ends. I can remember when it was only Paige providing care to her patients. Now she has a team and I believe she is heading in the right direction to help aide patients. We as consumers, patients, and the public should also practice patience.
We have been going to this doctor for 10 years! And the service has only gotten worse and worse. They forget to call in prescriptions or forget one of the scripts ( because I get a couple and so does my husband). Now they haven't filled out my husbands FMLA papers for 2 weeks! I even called them to be sure they did get them and they did. Here it is 2 wks later and the papers weren't filled out which means my husband won't get his short term disability check and we will be struggling financially. This is ridiculous and when my husband is done with all this medical issues we will be switching to another doctors. It's a shame bc the doctors are nice but the office staff just doesn't do their jobs or only half asses it. They are closed now but I will call in tomorrow and probably get a lame excuse as to why they are not complete but why should they care it doesn't affect the wallet. SmhUpdate: My husband went and got his paper work today and they said they faxed them 3 times. They said their fax machine has been acting up. Smh 🤦♂️ 1) acting up for two weeks?!? 2) They couldn't have called us and told us or had us come pick them up. We are talking about dealing with someone's life financially which could make people lose their house or car. Again I do love the doctors but that office staff is something else. 🤦♂️
I have went to her for years, she is caring, compassionate and a great doctor.
Very poor service
I was in their office may 6th so I could get my refill for my subscription they said they would call it in and Caremark said they never did so I called them to see why they hadn't they said they did but the order got messed up by the doctor's office so they would call it in again I called Caremark back a few days later to see if it had been called in again Caremark said it hadn't.Caremark said they would fill it if it was called in just like they have filled the same prescription for 4 months now. But I called the doctor's office again to see why they hadn't called it in for like the second time and they again said that they did it and it should be here in a few days if not call them back and they'll try yet again to fix it but I am giving them one last chance to call it in and then I'm done and will be taking my business elsewhere. If they called it in at all why is my Caremark saying they didn't.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
