Ritu Madan's Online Review Report Card

I was admitted thru emergency serval times and dismissed with multiple diagnoses. Dr Madan had me come in and saved my life. She found out what was actually wrong and creams plan to get me on the right track. For 6year she was the best thing that happened to me and now she’s gone from this practice and I can’t find her. Please help if you know where she went.

I had my first visit with Dr. Madan and I was very impressed. She took the time to explain my illness and more importantly listened and herd what I had to say.

She is amazing ,she listens and provides the best care options.

I just had my second visit with Dr. Ritu Madan for my knee issues. In these two visits she has made an everlasting impression on me and my wife as a very caring and compassionate doctor and a great human being. Despite her very impressive medical background she comes down to our level to listen and explain with endless patience. She treats us with utmost respect and dignity without belittling our silliest concerns. She genuinely makes the patients part of the treatment plan even though it means much more work for her. We are truly grateful for her coming in to our life. Thank you.

I started first seeing Dr. Madan in February, I had trouble with my shoulder and hips. She spent alot of time with me, and ordered blood work and xrays. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. She went thru a series of treatments with me and literally changed my life.! I'm now pain free and living a wonderful lifestyle. I highly recommend Dr. Madan and her staff.

I was referred to see Dr Madan. It took almost two months to get an appointment. My appt was for 10:15 I arrived at the office at 9:50. I got checked in and paid my co-pay. I then filled out the paper work. Then at 10:40 they called me up to desk and said I would have to reschedule because I took too long filling out the paper work. They said I should have received paperwork in the mail. Which I did not. This is unacceptable. After waiting two months to see the Dr. they rescheduled me for 1 month later. Now I can't get my money back from my co-pay. I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone. What kind of practice is this. I know this will not make a difference but people need to know how they treat their patients.

Dr. Madan was extremely knowledgeable in my illness. She took time to talk and listen to me. I felt understood and well informed after I left the visit.

This was my first visit. She was very professional. She listened to all I had to say and knew what questions to ask. She prescribed and administered medication and had lab work done. By the end of the day I felt like a new person. I had been taking a battery of over the counter medications to overcome the pain for years to deal with my Rheumatoid Arthritis but to no avail. I haven't taken any since my first visit. I didn't realize how much pain I had been living with and just how much it negatively affected my life. I am very thankful to her as she has given me a new lease on life. I highly recommend her.

I recently was referred to Dr. Madan for treatment. I do not know what the future holds for my condition, but I do know this: Dr. Madan will make sure I get the best care and treatment there is. She listens, she is intelligent, and she is very willing to share her knowledge to educate her patients. We as patients are who have to deal with our conditions day in and day out. It is much easier to handle a situation when you know what is happening and you know what to expect. Dr. Madan will make sure that you understand your condition, the testing involved, medications used, and willing answer any questions or concerns you may have. She makes you feel like a person not just a diagnosis. I HIGHLY recommend her!
