I felt like the receptionist was rude immediately. Greeted with a mask is no big deal but i feel like at this point we can tell if your smiling or not. She definitely wasn’t. I seen Dr. Shemory a few times. Quick friendly at first. Until I had a real issue. Then it was like I was a nuisance. Which is sad because I’ve seen other doctors at ortho one and they were amazing. He unfortunately was not. I didn’t like his recommendation for surgery and because I didn’t he didn’t want to deal with me. I would look around before just settling at ortho one. It’s like the toys r us for surgeons. You have a lot to choose from in Columbus. All because you can get in quick doesn’t always mean it’s the best option. I learned that the hard way.

Positive attude in knowledge of people and surgery. I was put at ease when I got to hospital and staff complimented him with keeping me calm before I had surgery . THANK YOU

Very personable and easy to talk to. My surgery went great with no complications. Follow up were easy and helpful for further strength training.

I can't even begin to thank him enough! I'd give him 10 stars if I could! With a broken humerus and extremely terrified of surgery he made it a breeze. He made the whole process easy and as comfortable as possible. Explained everything he would do, explained recovery, answered every question I could come up with before and after installing the plate and screws to fix my arm. Knock on wood.... I'd trust him to do surgery on me again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Scott! You are the best!

Orthopedic one called me first regarding my injury. I received an appointment within 2 days of this phone call. When I first walked in I was greeted with respect and my waiting time in the office within 5 minutes. I did have aome reconstruction surgery and I will be starting physical therapy soon. I tore my ACL and meniscus. After months of being bounced around at the local hospital and not feeling very confident in the upcoming procedure, I was referred to Dr. Shemory. Let me tell you, the amount of relief and confidence I had after our first meeting was tremendous. I was able to get my surgery scheduled for two weeks later, and now I am just on the road to recovery. Dr. Shemory has been very thorough in answer any questions and explaining the entire procedure. I’m glad I made the switch. If you are looking for someone who you can be confident will set you on the right path to recovery, Dr. Shemory is certainly a safe bet!

My visit with Dr. Shemory was great. Office ran on time, very knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner. I saw him for a torn meniscus and am now back to 100%. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
