Came here for a covid test sometime last year. Received my swab test and also an xray.... for reasons?? Now I have a collections from whomever they buy their machines from even after providing the hospital my insurance. Hospital said that I must contact them about it. Only out for money, make sure to consent or not to any service
Waited so long just to be seen, took there time checking us in while I was holding my little brother with a cut open ear that was bleeding, then waited in the room forever just to be seen.
If I could give a 0 I would. I am a registered nurse who had no health insurance. I was hospitalized with Covid-19 last year in July and they refuse to use the Cares Act from the government that was set up to take care of uninsured patients. It is a disgrace. They are telling me it was a coincidence that I was in the hospital with Covid-19 and I was dehydrated. No kidding . Now I have a 16,000 bill they won't take care of and they would get paid for it but won't fill out a form. This hospital and management staff is disgusting.
I came here a few months ago for severe pain in my abdomen and I found out I actually had appendicitis. I was laying down on the medical bed waiting for the surgery team to call me down to the room. after 10 or so minutes of waiting, this nurse or doctor came in and started rushing me to get in the Wheelchair causing me some pain, to go down to the surgery room. I had no idea what his problem is but I had horrible pain in my abdomen Every time I moved, and he didn’t give the slightest care. Thanks for fixing me up, but I’m never coming back here. You “people” are sick.
Dr Hill in the ER is probably one of the most chill docs I have ever met! Too bad he no longer delivers babies 😭. I just moved here from KY and needed to be seen. Him and his staff were excellent. Thanks y'all!!
My brother was taken to this hosptial on 2-4-21 after getting in a wreck that caused his truck to flip. His arm is CLEARLY broken very badly in 2 places, they took forver to give him anything for pain and all they gave him was one motrin. He was taken back for x-rays and the doctor said it's broke here is a naroctic pain pill. They didn't set his arm, just slapped it into a splint and told him to see an orto doctor, didn't bother to tell him the appointment date or time. They didn't even bother to check for other injuries, just sent him on his way home with no script for anything for the pain. Worst hosptial.
$200 for a 1-hour consultation with a dietician? No thanks. I'll go to the city where the services are offered at a much more reasonable rate.
Took my son in-to physical therapy a women names Morgan is very rude and did not know how to help up
this has got to be one of the worst hospitals I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.A complete lack of care.Im trying to receive an injection in my back.Ido not have to have preapproval from my insurace company for it and the girl wont let me schedule it because shes waiying on paperwork. This hospital does not even treat you but they drain your bank account.
I have been to a couple of other hospitals for the same issue. I went to this hospital on a referral from a friend. Every nurse, doctor and staff were so kind to me. They actually cared unlike other hospitals. I know there are quite a few negative reviews here but in my experience, I could not have asked to be treated better. Thank you to all of them for treating me so well and caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
