List of Charles Sammarone's Reviews
Dr, Sammarone is the best! He truly cares about all of his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure he does everything to help!
My mother loved Dr. Samarone. He called her the goat❤️ Kind, honest and totally looking out for her ALWAYS ❤️ He listened when no one else did.
Dr Samm is amazing!! I’ve been going to him for 10 yrs
My husband and I’ve been patients if Dr. Sammarone since we relocated back to the Mahoning Valley in 2011. Dr. Sammarone is an excellent diagnostician and he’s always treated us like family. He is serious about his medical practice and his patients..not the dollar.
Dr Sammarone is amazing, he treats you like family n always leaves a smile on your face! Wait time can be crazy sometimes but well worth the wait.
Expect 2 plus hour wait time after ur appointment is scheduled very slow very inconsiderate never got called back less than a hour and a half after my appointment was suppose to be very rediculous
I call and never get a call back. CVS tries to fill my subscription and they never acknowledge it. Phones are always turned off. It is really getting pathetic.
The wait time can be excessive, but that's because he's a popular doctor, and has a LOT of patients. But both he and the nurse practitioner take the time to talk to you, and they listen.
Excellent office and wonderful staff, including the attractive front desk worker (giavanna) Also, always had snacks available. Just ask!
Dr. Sammarone is only out for your money, I had to go in for him to approve a surgery, $80 out of pocket for him to take my blood pressure and vitals. For him to OK it, Yesterday, called about a normal sinus infection, simply wanted an antibiotic, after 5 hours was called back and told Dr was “very concerned” and wanted me to go to urgent care.?!?! Really? I should risk the waiting room, when I have completely quarantined for months. because you don’t have room in your schedule, nor want to take care of your patients who you cannot collect your office visit fee from. I will not be dealing with this physician anymore, he has no empathy, and will send you for every test he can to collect more money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
