I feel I need to respond the December 28 posted regarding a recent Telehealth visit with the individual posting. I did discussed concerns regarding the patient bringing a pandemic illness home to her infant which demanded that I try to educate her as to the preventive measures she should be taking to keep this illness from placing such a vulnerable life at risk. And for this, I was told I was rude and then in a post states it is worrisome that I work with children. I request removing such hateful commentary. As a pediatrician and internist I have been trying my hardest to educate parents regarding optimizing their health and the health of their children during this pandemic. My professional life in all my years of practice has never been so strained by this pandemic as is evidenced by this post made on Google.
