Made a records transfer request in 2011. Just found out last week that they never followed through on the request and have since destroyed my child’s immunization records. They never reported them to local or state health departments. We stopped going here for a reason. Do use this office!

We have taken our children here for several years to Dr. Wissman (formerly Dr. Mazur) and have always appreciated the individual attention each child has received. The staff at the office are just as wonderful (especially Terri) and we are grateful that competent, available doctors are here in Huber Heights to help care for our children.

I bring all four of my kids here and we love Dr. Byers. Everywhere you go you’ll run into a hiccup or two but I really enjoy this office. The staff are friendly and have been taking extra care during these hard times.

We have been with Dr Thomas and this practice for almost 8 years and with 3 children. They take their time and make you feel like you are the only patient that matters. I have never had an issue getting a same day appointment if something was going on with one of my kids. I have ran into Dr Thomas in public and he always says hi and asks about the kids. Very personal staff! Would highly recommend this office.

Just as bad as it was one year ago. No respect for patients. Treated my godson like a second class citizen.

They refused to do my godson’s TB test since he didn’t have insurance. They told him it was “extremely expensive”. When I called they refused to quote me their self-pay cash price. I called my physician’s office in Centerville and they told me it would be $20 each shot without insurance. I would NEVER recommend this place. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Dr Thomas always takes the best care of us and the nurses are always friendly. I give them mass props for dealing with crazy babies all day !
